Domino's Pizza

So I walk in to pick up my pizza. I signing my receipt and there I noticed an extra charge which was a Covic fee. So I asked the guy at the counter what the fee was for and his response was I don’t know. I’m just wondering where my Covic Fee (3%)is going to I think the managers should tell them not just say I don’t know. Asked him for paper plates and then he asked me how many. I said 10? Then he has the nerve to give me a response like, I can only give you 3. He had I big box full of them. So where is my fee going to then? I’m posting this on social media. This isn’t right.

This location NEVER answers their phone, which makes it impossible for you to order your food exactly how you want it. The website alone doesn't provide an empty box for special instructions, which is bad enough, so it makes matters worse by not being able to verbalize any specifications you may have over the phone. You're left to order it with the preinserted options they provide, which is very unsatisfactory.

made an online order with toppings and after an hour only got a plain cheese pizza. i called customer service and the lady said that due to a shortage they didn’t have any vegetables in store. while shortages are reasonable, not making that clear on their website is unreasonable. she also said the owner explicitly said not to offer discounts on refunds. go to little pops or little italian if you want pizza

I have been ordering from this Location from 4 years now. Never had problem. But last couple a time I order they been having issues every time. They ran out of dough for pizza that I wanted.so they says they called me, my phone barley ringed like half ring and they hung up and canceled the entire order. When I called them They says ohh you didn’t pick up the call so I said that is ridiculous and the lady on the phone said she refuse to serve me. What an Incredibly RUDE behavior from Employees. No wonder People complaining so much about this location. Corporate really need to look in to this location customer service. It’s has been changed staff and newer staff is Super rude to customers. Never coming back to this location for sure!

Okay, sometimes I feel like we should shop local and get pizza from one of the small businesses in our area, but Domino’s flat out makes good pizza. The pan pizza is incredible and we love the spinach and feta cheesy bread. We often use the $5.99 deal and get a ton of pizza for a very reasonable price.
