Baskin-robbins

It is an okay ice cream spot and donut joint. Here you will find Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin Donuts sharing a store. The service was okay, and the ice cream also. It was a nice change in pace, and the kids had fun. At least they can't break anything here. Nice thing is that it is located across the street from McAllister and a perfect stop for dessert after a meal.

Very DISAPPOINTED in the service I JUST received! I ordered 2 shakes, one of the shakes tasted like MULTIPLE DIFFRENT flavors like the utensils they used to scoop the icecream from the previous order were still on there. As I started to head home I tasted it and turned around IMMEDIATELY, expressed this to the girl who took my order, asked her if she could make my shake over. She responded by saying no I can't, so I asked for my $ back for that shake because I wasn't satisfied with the taste! She gave me the run around saying she COULDN'T MAKE IT OVER OR GIVE ME MY $ BACK! I ASKED FOR MY RECEIPT SO I COULD TALK TO A MANAGER. SHE SAID SHE COULDN'T GIVE ME ONE! HAHAHA THIS IS GETTING WORSE NOW I NEED A # TO REACH A OWNER/MANAGEMENT OF THIS LOCATION! SHE GOES THROUGH A PHONE AND SAID ARE YOU READY TO PUT THE # IN YOUR PHONE. I SAY NO I'D LIKE YOU TO WRITE IT DOWN WITH A NAME AS WELL, SHE ROLLS HER EYES WHILE DOING SO! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS BEFORE WILL NOT BE RETURNING!
