Order wasn't here 1 hour and a half later so I called and the lady there said they only had 1 driver delivering all the orders.. Very unacceptable! She also offered no solution to this problem and only gave me excuses like "It's snowing outside" When it wasn't even snowing in the first place. Absolute worst customer service in the service industry and why are you completely under staffed? Having 1 driver is unacceptable and I shouldn't wait that long for mediocre food to begin with. You better start changing things or this customer won't be coming back.

Our pizza was delivered 2 hours after ordering, kept getting excuses that they only had 2 drivers and the pizza and cheese sticks arrived cold! When I called they hung up on me. Will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. First and last time!

We were driving out to meet a mourning family and wanted to pick up some warm food on the way. We ordered a bunch of items as a walk-in customers (did not phone ahead). All items were prepared shortly and they were able to accommodate our special request to avoid chicken in the Tuscani Chicken Alfredo.

ordered a pizza at 11:40, still don't have it. It's nearly 1:30. Unacceptable. Called and was told my pizza would be here shortly.. 20 minutes ago. Do yourself a favor and get papa johns.

Just called to order carry out pizza, and I was told they don't have stuffed crust, pepperoni cheese crust, or hand tossed and won't have any for the rest of the night. It's 6pm on sunday

The pizza was really good. The prices were very good. Sauce is plentiful and tasty. But the only thing is late delivery.

Terrible. Food was absolutely horrible. I have never had a pizza that I had to hold up because it was so floppy. Delivery took an hour and a half as well.
