Love this place! Alex is fantastic and was extremely helpful in organizing for an event I had planned. Very personable and professional. The friendly team behind the counter did a great job when I went to pick up, and the pizzas were delicious, stayed hot, and traveled well - not something you can say about a lot of restaurants! Great management and customer service makes all the difference, and we will definitely be choosing this Taylor Street Pizza again. Highly recommend :)

Alex was absolutely phenomenal! I'm new to the area, and he was very welcoming. The pizza was delicious! I'm originally from Chicago (proper), so I've had my share of good pizzas. I just knew moving here, I was giving up some delicious dishes for the suburban life. No one could have ever told me that Naperville had such high quality and delicious pizza like Taylor Street!

My sister and I stopped to get pizza before we continued on our girls trip, and I was absolutely blown away by the customer service here. Alex was so incredibly kind and helpful with my order. The food was delicious, and the customer service was amazing! I don’t normally post reviews but this place and the person who helped me was too good not to say anything. I would give 10 stars if I could!!

Today my family had a birthday party and we catered for lots of people and we Had Taylor St., Pizza and pasta. The pasta was great the pizza was also great, The price wasn’t the lowest but the service was the best and the professionalism with Alex when making the appointment and discussing our needs what’s the difference between spending $90-$100 less with another company.
