I generally love this place for the chaat and north Indian dishes. 5 stars for their north Indian dishes but not for south Indian dishes. On Saturday, I took a friend to eat there and I ordered vada sambhaar. The vada was way too small and had issues with its taste (something to so with the dough). I would not order this dish here.

Terrible terrible terrible food. Unprofessional staff. 2 women coming in and out of the kitchen seem the be the cooks. I don't think they even know how to cook basic stuff. Worst samosas ever. The chaat was totally bland and missing basic salt and flavor. South Indian, Chole and Pav Bhaji was a total waste. Seemed like frozen stuff. I cannot believe they are still in business. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. No wonder this place is always empty! The food here is nothing but a disaster.

Terrible food and customer service! Ordered chole puri, pav bhaaji, paani puri and paneer tikka roll - everything disappointed...TASTELESS & BLAND. Green chutney was SWEET! Never going back. I'm not sure how they are still in business selling such crappy food. Do yourself a favor and go to Dalicious or Bollywood Cafe at Cermak who apparently have some solid ratings online!

Had paneer curry, wife had the weekend special. both had good spice, naan was fresh. service was a little slow. I would definitely order for pick up.
will be going back to try other dishes.

We love Indian food being an Indian myself and we love to explore Indian restaurants. This one lost battle mainly because of the place itself. Don't sit there to eat if it's a cold day. The place was so cold , that we felt like getting up in middle of food and leaving. We had a month old baby and a toddler with us who I was worried about.
Food wasn't that great that I would drive there to take out.
The Indian pizza wasn't good , too tomato taste.
Rasmalai was great ,loved it. That I had taken home and enjoyed it in the comfy warmth of my home! Haha

I would say it's an average fast food place. Service sucks. For the provided service, prices are high. The set up is cheap, some of the food they microwave it and hand it to you right in front of you..
But vada-pav was better than any I ate in St.Louis.. Given that, due to wholesome cheapo-no-service experience, I'm not bound to go back to this place.

Worst experience ever. I Lived in different states in USA, and this is the worst Indian restaurant I have been to in the last 15 years. If you spend couple of $ more, you can get far far better Quality (and Quantity too) food outside...

Worse experience ever had. I placed the order for half pizza and dahi puri the person behind the counter make me wait for 45:00 Minutes first he forgot my order when I remind him about my order he mad dahi puri first and then he took 20:00 minutes to make pizza. Dahi puri got all sogi until that time.
