I am so over this location. Every time I go my sandwich is never made right. You have a bunch of rude teenagers just having their own conversations, not paying attention, talking about inappropriate stories and acting like you’re interrupting them when you come in. The atmosphere is just uncomfortable at this point. Especially when you can clearly tell they are so annoyed that you came in like throwing the chips on the table. No one is in there… why are you so mad??

This location suuuucks. Go to Bolingbrook. They actually get their orders correct. Check out this gross brown lettuce as well. Stupid app forces me to get deliveries from this location. I'll take no rewards and call the Bolingbrook location next time. Three straight orders either missing items or made incorrectly.

Ordered over $300 of catering sandwiches and they didn't label the boxes or sandwiches so people with food allergies and kids weren't comfortable eating sandwiches so we passed out PB&J's for them. Food was great, delivery was on time, but this was a management and policy issue. The boxes even have a spot for labeling. Tried calling and manager of course wasn't available. It's not the high school kids fault it's a management issue for nit instilling common sense into the process. We won't be ordering again as a result unfortunately.

The last 2 time we have ordered curbside pickup the bag was missing the extra condiments. We order extra mayo packets since the slim sandwich comes with just meat. They have not put it in. Last time it was no big deal since I had mayo at home, this time..I wasn't as lucky as we had just ran out. Lesson learned this is not a one time issue and always take the bag apart in store to check for the extra condiments ordered.

Slowest service I have ever gotten...anywhere. Never had this issue before at this location so maybe it was all new staff? Either way, the staff made no effort to communicate what was slowing them down which typically upsets people more. They didn't respond to people when asked what the hold up was either. When I politely walked up to the counter to let them know I had been waiting on an order I placed online, they just looked at me with blank stares. They put 3 sandwiches and 2 incorrect bags of chips in a bag when I only had 2 sandwiches and different chips, and for some reason even after I let them know what I got, they couldn't piece together where they messed it up. 4 people who ordered inside after I arrived got their orders before I did while I saw my ticket sitting on the line the whole time. When I said that, the guy who was just standing there didn't even try to help solve whatever was going on, he just said "oh ok." Poor communication with customers and sitting in there for 25 minutes waiting on food I ordered 15 min before I arrived was not what I went there for...
