Good coffee and fast service. The coffee is a little pricey ($4 for a tiny cappuccino) but well worth it for the quality of coffee. I ordered a tofu bahn mi for $9 that was flavorful and stuffed. Has a modern ambiance while still having the classic coffee shop feel. A good place for lunch or a chat; my only complaint is that the music is a little loud so bring headphones if you want to read or study. Overall pretty darn good.

Went here for the first time unexpectedly for an impromptu lunch. I got an almond milk salted caramel latte and a pb&j. I was so impressed with the contemporary ambiance and vibe. Right in the heart of downtown near the river walk is the perfect location. The staff was friendly and quick to dish out the yummy treats. I cannot wait to go back here.

Love the quality of the Sparrow coffee beans here, their competition cappuccino and lattes. The space here is so open, and has so much woody charm, perfect for meeting friends or just getting some work done (power plugs are abundant)! Don’t leave without a bag of coffee beans.

Located right next to the Riverwalk this is one of the nicest decorated coffee shops in downtown Naperville. With plenty of seating and lighting this is very suitable for work and social settings. We tried the Matcha latte and iced coffee both were up to expectations and we had no complaints.

Came in on a really busy day. Espresso and peanut butter cookie were well overall. Price was reasonable as it was a little over $7 altogether. The service was really nice and quick. They just need to turn down the music a little because it is a little too empowering especially at 9 am on Sunday.

A fabulous coffeehouse experience …. From the music, to the pastries, to the diverse mix of patrons won you can randomly engage with friendly conversations, to ultimately - great coffee. It’s an upscale coffeehouse with heart of a small town community hub. It’s a great coffee date destination (which I recently enjoyed with my wife), and also a great place to do laptop stuff if you need to work productively outside the home.
Oh,… and the mocha we had was memorable. We definitely will return again.

Literally my favorite coffee shop since 2019! I cannot drink any other coffee after tasking Sparrow! Can't buy any other beans other then Sparrow!
It's not watery like most places, always rich taste, a bit bitter ( just how I love it )
It's a taste of a real coffee,
Reading all the negative comments; people, if you only drink starbucks, you won't like this, because starbucks is not a coffee it's a sugar loaded DESSERT not coffee

And yes It's a bit pricey but I won't change it for anything
