That Burger Joint

This rating is purely on the food. The service was good and I enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. I went here on a Friday for lunch. I had always been curious and was sold when I saw the Nashville style spicy chicken sandwich on the menu. I know food never looks like the photo however my sandwich was missing a key component...coleslaw! The chicken itself was just ok. Lesson learned...don't buy chicken from a burger joint! I look forward to trying the Woodgrain Pizza next.

We visit a few times a year. Past experiences have been mostly mediocre. My last visit a few weeks ago was EXCELLENT! Ethan is a sandwich artist, who provides service with a smile, and great customer service. Shocking for me from such a young man, when customer service is a dying art form. I wasn't going to order because of past experiences with my sandwich being improperly prepared, having to come back, call, or being so disappointed that I didn't eat once I got home and discovered an issue. This time, I watched Ethan take and prepare my family's order with such excellence that I decided to order my usual. He did not disappoint! It was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had there. Thank you Ethan! I would've given 5 stars if I hadn't had so many poor experiences here. There needs to be more consistency. All employees should know the difference in the types of cheese, what goes on each sandwich, and provide service like Ethan. I would give Ethan more than 5 stars and only about 3 to the location.

Went here on 02/05/22 and was very disappointed with the entire experience. Have not been here in a few months and won't ever go back. Burgers was smaller than I remember, fries were lacking too. Staff seemed inexperienced and it took over 25 minutes for two burgers and one "large" fry, and the burgers were dry. There were only 4 customers there besides my guest and I, so a total of 6 dining in. Lots of phone and internet orders though. Its seemed like the staff concentrated on the other orders and made sure to get those out quick. Two staff members barely old enough to drive snapped at me over the fact that the order taker took down my name incorrectly and the name being called out which was completely different than mine. So when I inquired about my food, they both looked at me like I was stupid because I didn't answer to another name. This place is not good anymore and there are too many good places to get a good quality burger then here. NEVER AGAIN!

Geneva is 100000% better; do yourself a favor and go there, way worth it. Ordered from this location (Naperville) with uber eats because they auto selected the location closest to me. I called to verify they could make what I ordered as noted but was told no. I was advised to cancel with Uber because they could not make my order. I cancelled within litterally 2 mins and was still charged for my food (that they couldn't make) because "the meal was already made". Complete garbage. Will never use Uber eats or eat at this location ever again. What a rip off.

Yesterday was the 1st time we tried this place. The fries were soooo good. You could tell made to order and homemade. The taste alone- you can tell they are not frozen. I wanted to order more but I was stuffed. I loved my chicken sandwich. Great ranch flavor! My son got a cheeseburger and said it was great.. i definitely will return. Especially with those fries.

First time visiting this place and we were excited to have a new place to eat a fast lunch. It was around noon on Sunday when we went. As we entered there was no one at the counter to order. We stood deciding what we would have and stood and then stood some more. We were just about to leave after standing with no one in the place when finally a young lady came from the back. I explained this was our first time there and that we had been standing for a very long time waiting for someone to take our order. She seemed like I wasn't even talking, could have cared less. The menu is very limited. We ordered our burgers and fries. The burgers were your basic burger only difference you could get a different kind of bun. The fries were your basic thin potato cut fries we didn't find anything exciting and different in the place. I think that we probably would not be going back unless we were just in the area and needed a quick bite customer service was not what we thought it should be food was just your basic burgers.
