I really wanted some delicious Bun Bo Hue and did some research online and found this place.
The lychee mango tapioca was absolutely stunning. The shrimp rolls was delicious too!
I'm so sorry but the Bun Bo Hue with the fish sauce was terrible. And I love fish sauce. It just wasn't a good combination in my opinion.
I would not go back probably because it's over an hour drive for me. However, the staff was amazing and so knowledgeable. 4 stars for the staffs alone. If you're in the neighborhood, definitely try out the place. It's just the fish sauce was too overwhelming for me.

This is the A2 spring roll and C3 plate with fried egg and egg cake, DE-LI-CIOUS!!! I ate the spring roll and the plate in house dining and got bahn mi to go. Hands down the best I've ever been to! I don't know why I ever try to go to any other Vietnamese restaurant, I always come back here. The plates are big and delicious! The bahn mi is PERFECTION!! I can't go by here without getting a Vietnamese iced coffee, strong and sweet! A good variation of condiments on the table plus hand sanitizer on each table. The service is always friendly, knowledgeable and polite. Thank you!

I went to this place earlier today for lunch. I absolutely love this place! It's been a while since I've seen such attention to detail and quality of service from a restaurant. I can only wish you guys the best. It disheartens me to know that you have been targeted by racist code inspectors who have tried to put you out of business. I hope whoever that is, is reprimanded! This place is amazing! My dad took me here to try something new and we came back because the food was so delicious. We started out with an appetizer of spring roles which were just ok, they were missing some flavor but the peanut sauce that came with it was delicious. I wouldn’t recommend getting those. Their menu is very diverse with lots of options but I have only gotten the fu for my main meal, and let me tell you it is delicious! The noodles have so much flavor and paired with the meat it is so good. Best of all, the broth that the noodles and meat sit in is so good, I could (and have) drink the broth by itself. They also have very good teas here, there are many flavors that are all very good. I highly recommend eating here!
