This is by far the rudest mcdonalds I've been to. I frequent here and almost every time I come I either get someone that hands me my food and literally says nothing at all or I'm rushed at the drive through and greeted with just a simple yes what can I get you. I feel like the employees just don't enjoy there job or management is just simply allowing this.

They don't even mix the Oreo mcflurry over here. The guy literally put the soft serve in the cup and some Oreo crumbs and hands it to me. They obviously don't train the employees on the products they sell. I went to another employee and after explaining had them mix it up for me.

Horrible service. There is still only drive through service. There was only Ice Tea or coffee to drink and they throw your food on the pickup counter as if you should already know that it is yours.

Worse drive thru ever. Don't read or understand English. I gave an app code and still didn't honor the service. I went to pick up my food and wmn told me to drive around again to honor my app code for .29 cent difference on app. Called 1800# and still no call back from GM. Really pathetic

Only place to get a meal on Christmas eve. Service was fast and efficient. The double quarter pounder i had tasted fresh and the meat was delicious. Only thing I didn't finish was the fries. They didn't taste as well as I remember from the past McDonald's many years ago.

Staff is super rude. I had trouble using a code so I went inside and was told it was expired then I went through the drive through 5 minutes later and it worked.
Corporate should make a way to stop people from ordering if the machines aren’t working.
This was not a quick experience which is a bummer because I didn’t even get food. Just a McFrape and Smoothie.

I've been coming to this McDonald's on and off for years. It's fairly large. But the service is always been pretty consistently poor. I was the only person in there at 2:00 and there was probably about six people behind the counters talking. I waited about 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Always rude staff who barely speak English! Do NOT waste your time with mobile ordering because they don't pay attention to their mobile orders at all. Me and my husband sat in the mobile order pickup spot for close to 20 minutes before he gave up and went inside. The kid behind the counter tried telling my husband that they didn't have our order but my husband saw with his own eyes, the kid clear our order off the screen!
