Was really pleased with PF Changs. It’s been more then a decade since I’ve been there last and I will say, we’ll make an effort to go here more often. The ribs were phenomenal! The chef came out to meet us. I’m impressed with how delicious it was. We loved it!!!!! Thank you chef Jose Torres Jr. and our server Basil. You guys made our dining experience so enjoyable. We had a great experience. Not new to PF Changs but we had a pleasant dinner. Our server was Jowan and he was great. We came in on a Wednesday evening. We ordered crispy green beans, wonton soup and fried rice & chicken. Everything was fresh, hot, and timely. We took some home and I love that it always reheats well.

I looked forward to dining in at one of my favorite restaurants PF Chang’s at Nanuet. I was sorely disappointed . The manager tried to “better” the experience by handling it with reseating us in a booth and taking the orders. The appetizers were lack luster and I really waiting in anticipation for the entree to give this night an upswing but instead the food came to the table cold and after being taken to the kitchen to be “ reheated by the manager”. We left as “salty” as the food was with the food not eaten.

Totally enjoyed this for what it was. sat outside ac was too cold, waitress had issues with us changing our seat which I didn’t understand why we weren’t offered outside seating like it was only 4 ppl eating place wasn’t packed, looked it’s overpriced processed food, if you take a walk down you local freezer isle you can buy the same for less non of the menu option are healthy which is why I laughed when I overheard another customer ask for gluten free, lady go home! It was cool though next time I wanna act stuck up I’m coming back
