It was worth the ride from Hunlock Creek to get some food from here! We will definitely be ordering and recommending Baker Boys corner Bistro!
We tried the seafood stromboli, antipasto salad, and the garlic parmesan chicken bites.
The stromboli was loaded with cheese, tiny shrimp, imitation crab and broccoli. It was terrific. The crust was dusted with spices and perfectly browned. It was not at all greasy or soggy! Even though it was served with large sides of ranch dressing, I will ask for something a little more spicy next time.
The antipasto had loads of meats and cheese, plenty of fresh vegetables and some Giardiniera, and The Best croutons I ever had eaten. This salad was served with dressing enough for two people.
The chicken bites were lightly coated, crispy, yest tender and juicy. The sauce was really thick and stuck perfectly to the bites. Served with a large portion of blue cheese and celery equal to the portion of bites, without an upcharge!

The atmosphere was very retro and the farmers cheese pierogies were excellent. I want sure I was going to like them fried but I did. The dough was delicious. Huge menu of comfort foods including pagach. The staff was young , efficient and courteous.
