Review Taco Bell - Nampa

love the meat burritos love the food lab staff appreciate the professional attitude breakfast burritos are also the great thank you very much for having a clean environment for everybody to show up and do things their thank you

I'm a door dasher. I tell them my order at the speaker and continue. While waiting to get to the window I get another order. I let them know about the new order at the window. They then brush me off and tell me to go back to the back of the line. I get sometimes orders take a minute to whip up, and like I had, there were folks in line that had waited forever for their food, but they didnt even check to see if it was done yet. Just told me to go to the back. This is my job. We get double orders for a reason. Sending someone all the way to the back because they added items without even bothering to check its status is freakin lazy. Anyway. I'm done ranting.

Worst customer service experience ever! It was our own fault not checking the bag before getting home, but of course once we did we realized it was someone else's complete order. Upon our return we drove up to the speaker, I stated..."I just came through and I was given the wrong food". Rather than the normal "oh I'm sorry, drive on up", I was posed with the question... "well what's in the bag?". Needless to say my decades of customer service experience made it really difficult not to unhinge on her! So I mustered up my resolve and answered... It's food- not my food!!!! Honestly what would be the reasoning behind that question? Who really cares what's in the bag except for the fact it wasn't my order!!! When it was all said done, we still got home without our correct order nor did we even get any any type of a hinted apology. Never going back there!!!

This place has horrible customer service. Especially to dashers. Ok food though! Love the cinnamon knots.

So many beans and not much of anything else in the burrito and it wasn’t even supposed to be just a bean and cheese 🤷‍♂️

I'm livid! If I could give them zero stars I would. After waiting 10 minutes in line at the drive thru we get to the speaker, order our order then our friend in the car with us started his order and the guy taking orders REFUSED taking his order because apparently you can only order ONE order! We then ask for a military discount (we have had them give us our military discount many times in the past) they told us they didn't have military discounts. We will no longer be going to this Taco Bell.

I love Taco Bell but as far as fast food goes it’s a little on the pricier side, unless you purchase one of their $5 boxes or a bunch of $1 tacos.

So the food is fine. But, 30 minutes in the drive thru is not fine. Took 15 minutes just to get to the order spot (only a few cars ahead of me) when I go to order they tell me "it's going to be a while, we are short staffed" and it took another 15 minutes, lame lame lame. Re-open your dining room!!
