Sonic Drive-in

Sat for a good 3 to 4 mins waiting for someone to take my order, 1 car in the drive threw in front of me, I sat there for a good 5 mins (not too bad). Pulled up to the window spent another 5 to 8 mins before someone came to the window. The employee proceeded to hand me my order. But it wasn't my order. The literally misplaced my whole order. Like I never ordered it threw the speaker and saw it on the screen. No apology and then (had already given him my card) sat there for another 10 to 15 mins waiting with cars leaving the drive threw behind me. Got my food and again no concern for the fact that I had sat there for over 20 mins.not even an apology! Horrible customer service.

Great food when it's fresh, unfortunately they don't always cook to order and you may get cold fries or burger if they have one some made. If you ask them, they are "required" to say it's always made fresh but this isn't true. Even so, Sonic is one of my favorite fast food places to go when I eat out. When fresh the food is a step above most others.

I've never been to this sonic and I don't usually frequent them. The service here was amazing! We went for happy hour and got shakes. The young lady who brought us our drinks was awesome! She was super sweet and went above beyond! She deserves recognition. The type of service we got you can't even get at a nice sit down restaurant. (I didn't catch her name but she is 4 months pregnant. Just fyi for store management). The shakes were great and the setting was nice with the sun setting behind the hills.
