Taco Bell

We were going to eat here last night around 8pm - as we drove by what looked like the whole crew, (at least 4-5 of the staff) were all standing at the front door SMOKING - we understand everyone deserves a break, but probably not all at the same time and probably not at the front door.. we had to drive past them to get to the drive-thru and quickly changed our mind after we saw this. That makes this store look really bad. To top it off, as we looped around to leave one of the men had the audacity to waive goodbye with a smug look on his face as if he was applauding our decision to leave. We have never dined here and now we never will.

Price didn’t match the menu. When I asked he said it was an old menu sorry. Got to the window handed me my soda that was overfilled. Spilled in my car and I asked for napkins he handed them to me no apologies. I drove away to see two employees smoking at the back. Got the food home no receipt no napkins and the 3 hard Shell supreme tacos were broken and had a dime size of sour cream on the end of taco. This is the 3rd and last time. I’ve waited for 20 min. And then told they ran out. I’ve been in line and they suggested I go somewhere else because of the wait. Worst ever

I have only gone to this taco bell 3 times. In a 8 months span because every time I go my order is messed up. The first time food was so cold I had them fix it. They fixed it for me to be missing have my order. Second time the food looked like they just throw it in the bag nothing was wrapped. Third time I went for breakfast ordered 12 cinnamon delights only got 10. And the put the twisted things in there to replace it im guessing. And I ordered a iced having knowing the have it. I got a hot coffee with a few ice cubes and two pumps of cream. Worst taco bell ever

Went to Taco Bell tonight. We ordered one box meal with several other items. When we were handed one bag of food, my husband asked about the box meal. He was assured that the box meal was in the bag with the rest of the items. When we got home, we found that the box meal was missing from our order. We will not be going back to this Taco Bell. If we have to have Taco Bell, we will drive out of our way to go to the Garrity Taco Bell

Tonight was the 1st time I ever got fast service but more important the didn't say they were out of anything and my order was right. Would have been 5 stars if the guy would have told me they were out of dragon fruit stuff and not had me pay for my drink and when I ask why it was missing he said oh we are out

We order through the drivethrough and I wasn't understanding the person so I said sorry I can't hear you and the dude just yelled very rudely! I was like you don't have to yell! He didn't even say sorry or anything and when we got home our order was wrong I was missing food my order was incomplete and they gave my daughter the wrong thing! It was a ver bad experience. I tried to call to complain but the phone always sounded busy.
