Review Subway - Nampa

Drive through with Jennifer was FANTASTIC!! I'd never done it before and she patiently walked me through the process since it's a little different than most places. Very very speedy, super kind and energetic 😁

The guy that was working tonight was so kind and was working all by himself. He stayed calm under the pressure of all the drive thru and lobby orders. He made sure we were pleased with our order. He stayed passed the closing hour to make sure we got our order. He gave a great bread suggestion. Great job

Very friendly. Great people working there. The young lady that waited on me absolutely great. When I have subway that's the only one I go to

Protein bowls are wonderful and really expensive. Not sure why cause its less food than a sandwich but I guess the bowl and lid is just as much if not more than the cost of the food.

Our visit was through the drive thru. We had a very simple, single, 6 inch sandwich request. Service was terrible. Waited over 10 minutes to place the order. Needed to repeat the bread and length multiple times. Same with toppings. Placing the order took 5 minutes alone. Then. the. wait. Wanted to leave but was doing something special. Won't be going back to that location again!

We has the absolute best experience for our first visit in our new home location. The staff was friendly and helpful. They customized our order and everything was perfect.

Went through drive thru. 2 separate orders. Both of us ordered flat bread blt's with peppercinis, mustard, and olives. Got our order and hit the highway out of town. Took food out and we both had bacon and the additional items we ordered but no lettuce or tomato. I called the lady and she told me I didn't specify lettuce and tomato. I replied that a BLT is specific...bacon, lettuce, tomato. She argued I didn't tell her lettuce and tomato. So based on her logic I advised her I didn't specify bacon but somehow that was implied and ended up on my sandwich. I asked if she could make it right when we got back into town and she stuck to her guns that we didn't specify. I told her not to worry about it. I would share my experience online. She then proceeded to offer replacement of ONE sandwich. Goodbye!

Nice to be able to go into restaurant and eat inside😉
