Review Pizza Hut - Nampa

Not a great night at the Hut... did online carryout at 5:30pm, 75 min wait. Arrived at store 75 min later. Texted for curbside. Several times. Waited 50 min before I called the store. My order was ready... they weren't monitoring their curbside orders (I was told). And somehow my order was marked delivery even tho they don't deliver out by me (delivery not an option online for my address). Disappointing.

Its edible but its far from satisfactory, I had skimpy toppings and zero sauce on my pizza and believe me I wanted sauce on my pizza... They forgot my 2 liter and I had to drive back. Much to be improved on. The rolls looked like they lived in the microwave for a week.

Ordered delivery, ordered 4 items only received two and they were cold. Called store to let them know I didn’t receive my whole order, did get an apology but the manager actually said he wasn’t sure what to do. So I suggested to send the driver back out with the rest of my order. So he did and it was cold and you could tell reheated up. The bread was so tuff. I will not use this place again and maybe never go to Pizza Hut again.

Seriously these guys cannot get your order correct. Everytime I order from here they forget something in my order. And getting someone on the phone to correct it takes several holds. I will never order from here again.

Pizza was good, and the wings are surprisingly big and tasty I highly recommend the traditional wings

Pizza was great, delivery just inside of an hour.

We placed an order online it was close to 30 minutes late we called and the female that answered the phone had an attitude about us calling to check on our delivery I feel that this Pizza Hut has poor customer service

Ordered take out Supposed to be ready by 5:30 got there said it was gonna be about 25 min and its 625 still no pizza wish I could give 0 stars

Just once it would be great if this place could handle getting the order delivered on time, and with the correct items! I'm officially done! I keep thinking well, maybe it was just an 'off day ', or they got too busy, but tonight sealed the deal. Last time we ordered, the wrong flavors were delivered (really difficult to mess up online orders that aren't large or complicated), and late... this time it took an hour and 35 minutes to get our food (1 pizza, hot wings, an order of cheese sticks, and soda- 35 minutes late this time)... but of course we didn't receive our entire order. It was pointed out to the delivery driver, he asked if we were sure lol - plain as day on the receipt. Driver says well that's all they gave me... I guess I have to go back for it? Yeah, that'd be great. So I suppose we'll see if we even get the rest of our order (what maybe another hour or so?). I guess it's a good thing for the other local pizza place in the area, since they'll be getting our business from now on. It's obvious by the reviews on this page, and the lack of any response from the management on those reviews that this place just doesn't care. I'll be forwarding the information on; maybe a higher up can do something about the terrible management at this location.

Friendly, nice and quick service since we moved to nampa this has been or go to place for pizza!! No complaints or concerns!! ��������������

When we take advantage of special deals there are fewer toppings and hardly any cheese. Disappointed. Been going to Papa Murphy's instead.

Unfriendly, uncaring, unhelpful customer service. Pizza always lacking ingredients. Waste of money and won't be back.

It was so dirty and there was puke in the bathroom on the trash can. The bag was changed but it was still on the can.

Other than being carded (I'm 69 years old) very friendly and courtesy crew working..pizza wasn't to shabby either...
