Review Subway - Nampa

I have my wife order online for the specials and I don't like standing in line. This store never has our order ready on time. Today they called us to say they were out of meatballs and 9 grain bread.. no worries we changed to white bread and a grilled chicken breast.. when I get there they were finishing that sandwich. It was already 10 minutes late. Then the girl walks off and I have to wait again for the guy to finish with his customer. When he goes to give me my sandwiches there was one missing.. so he hunts down the girl to find out the problem, she says they are out of steak. So she just walked away!!! I'll be using a different subway store from now on...

The staff is super friendly and patient. I wish they could take tips because they work so hard and quickly, they definitely deserve one! The store is clean. All toppings and breads are always available. This is a good Subway to attend.

My family of 7 has been to subway all over the US. Never have I been told we exceed the limit of how many sandwiches they can make for an order. I was informed that they would make my sandwiches this time but not in the future. It is considered a catering order and will have to be placed 24 hour before. I’m sorry but we usually don’t plan for a family subway meal ahead of time. We have been to this subway many time before but this was the first time since it was newly remodeled but I think may be under new management or something because they have never said anything before. We will NOT be going back again. Totally ridiculous.

DON’T GO HERE! This is the worst customer service I have ever gotten. I will tell every person I know. I was ordering subs for my 5 employees and myself. I was unable to eat because they said they would not make 6 subs. I will never buy from you again. I will make sure none of my employees do as well. I didn’t eat lunch today because I didn’t have time to eat because you didn’t take care of me. I hope if you read this you do not go here.

Went in to get 2 sandwiches, we were at the front of the line, and it still took 20 minutes before we finally were checked out. Multiple trips to restock supplies, multiple confused looks, and no apologies. There were 2-3 workers. They looked new, so I moreso blame management for not giving them the support they need. But then, we drove 10 minutes back home and opened my wife’s sandwich only to find that the chicken was still frozen! Not just cold, literally frozen. Cmon guys, do better.

Had to make more bread and forgot my cheese and guacamole!!!!!!
