Who ever is working tonight 1/14 around 630p was VERY RUDE! I always have ordered the same thing for the last 3 years there because i do not have a lot of options. I order the veggie burrito with no dairy products and add potatoes... 3 years of doing this.. tonight i have NEVER been treated so rudel
They have great burritos and tacos the torta was so so in my book, but I had to give it a shot
The girl working there was extremely rude. I’ve worked in the customer service industry and no matter what kind of day I am having I would never speak to a customer the way she spoke to me tonight. Made me feel like a it was such a bother to have to take my order. Will not be returning.
I went on Wednesday January 20, 2021 and the lady in the drive thru was very rude and she gave us the wrong order and we went back to tell her she messed up our order and she said she didn’t hear that so she wasn’t going to fix our order and that we would have to pay again. This place is very dirty
