Review Mcdonald's - Nampa

They had me pull forward to wait for a drink. All I ordered was a single drink! I waited 5 minutes and watched 8 cars come and go and gave up, leaving with nothing but a charge on my debit card. Worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. And to protect themselves from bad reviews, the receipt with the survey number is illegible.

I eat here on a regular basis because I have medications that I have to take when I wake up and this place is on the way to work, I order the same thing every morning Monday through Friday and every day they screw up something. they rarely have both lines open for the drive threw and the line is backed up to the gas station. I am sad that I will no longer be getting my coffee here that is only right 1 out of 5 times and will take my money some place that actually deserves my hard earned income...…

First time I used curbside. Its cool. The food is good the fries were fresh and hot. They got the order right and brought it out with smiling eyes, probably a smile too but you know, masks and covid. Easy 5 star.

I'm getting really sick of this place. Every time we order from them, they mess things up or forget half the order entirely. This time, in one order, we got Dr. Pepper instead of Coke, 9 nuggets instead of 10, 1 missing burger, both fries just over half full, and a reversed special burger. Ordered no onions,, extra pickle. Got extra onions, no pickles. I understand that these places get really busy, but that doesn't excuse the lack of quality control. Especially since they NEVER get the order correct. Its getting very annoying. And McDonald's workers want $15 an hour.

Drive thru is open 24 hours, lobby is closed at the moment due to covid 19 Buns are toasted. Daytime staff very pleasant. So far burgers have been amazing. I drive out of my way to visit this specific McDonald's, and it's worth it. Keep up the good work guys and gals. Great job

I ordered just a cheeseburger. I sat at the wi dow for 15 min and it tasted like they gave me a burger that was sitting out since the day before, it was so dry and stale and cold. I always get garbage from this mcdonalds definitely needs new management.

Never disappointed here.. love fish filet..extra tartar sauce..

Hello world, kick Starbucks to the curb. McDonald's coffee is very good and 1/5th the cost. McDonald's also has the sausage breakfast sandwich which is also good. The only issue at this store is having the second order lane open but only one set of windows open. You have to wait a long time because the left most line will not let you in.

Went in and ordered a ten piece nugget meal, only got 7. At least the manager was nice enough to mail a coupon. The guy who also took my order screwed it up multiple times not listening to what I was saying. This McDonalds used to be great and always took care of me, but the last few times have not been the best experience. Sorry McDonalds.

I hate the new remodel. And since your kiosk now your employees dont know,how to interact with customers! Hrars to the Future!

Worst McDonalds visit. It was 12:15am Monday morning, just wanted a coffee. Garbage piled up and overflowing, every table dirty, bathrooms filthy and workers just standing around, yuk....

Looks like charging a customers card multiple times is okay. I wasn't even there and my card got charged twice in one day and again the next morning. I called cooperate and all they said is its my banks problem, not theirs. Like really?! I finally got my money back for false charges yesterday and filed a dispute with the cooperate office. Not a great experience. At all!
