Review Ihop - Nampa

Our server Rachel is the best. She made sure we had very thing that we needed in a timely manner. Very polite and the rest of the staff were great as well. I'll definitely go back to this IHOP again.

The service was outstanding considering the current environment. Our waiter (waitress) was exceptional.

Pretty good food, fair prices, friendly staff.

Food was better than I expected, to be honest. Warm and tasted great. Liked the different syrup flavors. They were delicious and I didn't feel like I was just drowning the pancakes in syrup. Removed one star because the restaurant was empty, but still took over 2 minute to be greeted because the front person and waitresses weren't around. Good deal for kids, they eat free with each adult.

I brought my brother here for his birthday and was so disappointed by the rude waiter. I tried to let it go but when she rolled her eyes at me I couldn't let it go. She threw the creamer on the table at my husband for asking for hazelnut. She had the worst attitude with us and kept helping everyone else before us. My food was cold when it got to the table and she kept sighing at me for asking for anything.... Also she had some friend at the restaurant who was going into the kitchen and I kept hearing him coughing in there he wasn't wearing a mask, she seemed more interested in that than doing her job. My mother was kind enough to leave her a decent tip. In my opinion she really shouldn't be working in customer service if she going to have an attitude like that.

So we have been eating at IHOP for a few years and it's always been an okay place to eat. I mean it's not gourmet but it WAS comfort food with a comfortable price....However that has changed. The meal we ordered this time didn't taste good and didn't even look good! It's like they're under new ownership and have changed where they shop, and hired totally unskilled cooks! Oh, and the best part.....THEY RAISED THEIR PRICES!!! This makes the third restaurant, of the same style that we will NOT be going back to.

I like the food, the server was more than willing to accommodate my low carb diet by substituting items that I couldn't have.

Strawberry crepes were ok. We're expecting them to be better but most of everything I eat here is delicious. My wife loves the pancakes better than anyone place else.
