Review Wendy's - Nampa

Busy but speedy. Placed my order online and it was smoothly processed. Courteous staff and excellent salad (the guacamole was even quite fresh)!

Well that was a terrible dinner. The smell was so terrible I didn't even take a bite and I threw this away. The fries were old and soggy as well. I was the only person in the drive through. I was there for no more than 90 seconds when I got my order. Ended up having to go somewhere else to get a quick meal before I started work.

Appreciate how well you treat your delivery drivers! Making each others job easier every day thank you

Ordered through doordash and they give me an iced coffee that's all suspicious looking instead of a vanilla frosty. Then the burger i got was cold and smashed but somehow still uncooked in the middle. Got a refund for part of the mistake from doordash so that was cool. Maybe they need to hire better cooks.

I placed a huge order this morning which required a fairly short wait. After the 10 minute drive to my destination I was pleased to discover the food was still hot and fresh. Best experience ever! Thanks to the staff who worked the morning shift today and made breakfast enjoyable.

Recently remodeled and it looks great. Very cozy. I’m a fan of the way these are all being remodeled to look modern and clean. Always good food as well. One of the better 4 dollar meals you can get.

Bruhhh, I just picked up some Wendy's with my bro and the lady at the drive thru was AWESOME! Her communication was on point. She warned us about the deliciously hot and fresh chicken. She handed us one bag and let us know there was another coming. She was GOOD. Wonderful communication skills and a warm smile! Will being going back !

I don't usually consider Wendy's to be super fast food, but this location is always very quick! I think it's great! Gets a spot on "Mike's Likes"

Horrible service today at 1130-1200 understand that had technical difficulties and lunch rush don't know if my order was thrown out or what but waited 20mins for nuggets and frosty, Frosty was milk lady at drive thru argued very unprofessionalaly at me did not try to fix the problem the kid flat out loud to me about the frosty machine. Frustration!!!!!!!!!!!

I work down the streef from this location the food is good the help is good ,but if you go to drive up your order is always poor and not what you order ,if you go in side slow slower. What can you do to help? Are that to chew to hire good help?or do you train anyone any more?

Clarified my order 3 times at the speaker and 2 times again at the window. Still got a wrong order and tried to correct it again. Pulled up to look yet again and called cause I was missing a fry. Called to see if they would bring it out to me bring my daughter was sleeping and I was told "we'll see because we are short staffed in here."

Horrible service. They treated my wife and daughter horrible tonight and I love Wendys. Guess we won't be going back

I don't know what happened, but the chili cheese fries have really taken a nose-dive! They aren't the same. The chili is weak and terrible tasting. I knew there had been a change in managers because my food and service had always been consistently good and now it is definitely not. I waited till I had made a few separate visits to make sure, but ever since Dominic left, things have gone downhill. I've been a regular customer at the same Wendy's SINCE IT FIRST OPENED and now I don't want to be. Seriously.
