Employee's not prioritizing the delivery orders. 20 min wait! C' mom management. You can do better.

DQ on 12th Ave. has excellent ice cream treats, and ice cream birthday cakes for children to enjoy. In addition, the food isn't half bad either. Great friendly staff members that work together aš a team in a very postive way.

Placed an order through Door Dash at 1309. Didn't receive a message until 1351 that my order was canceled because the store closed at 1400. Won't ever order/go here again! In my opinion whomever was working was simply lazy and didn't want to bother to make our order! It was supposed to have been delivered at 1342 originally! Wish it would let me post the screen shot showing the confirmation!

A good place I go to occasionally for some type of different selection a fast food for the family. Always good basic selections along with some yummy desserts.

Fresh, quality food and excellent service. They put effort into making blizzards perfect and their ranch is delicious. I'm honestly impressed. I will definitely return in the future.

Longest lines and they used my coupon wrong adding to my total instead of discounting it. Aftwr waiting in line forever already i just said omg ok fine just pay whatever im ready to go. Ice cream we got was good though.

Tonight I placed an order on the Dairy Queen app for this location. That was the worst customer service I have ever received. When I got there the man working the counter was very rude and inattentive and left the food sitting on the counter while I waited and served customers that came in after I did. After 20 minutes he asked if I had the mobile order and handed me the food that had sat on the counter. The drinks were half full, the sauce was put in the box carelessly and spilled all over the food. I frequently go to this Dairy Queen since it is near my house. But after the service I received today I will never be back.

Why am I standing outside of DQ eating Hot Chocolate Peppermint Blizzard and talking to friens when its freezing outside? No dining in!

Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru just to watch a girl argue with who I assume is the manager, get a great view of her belly sticking out of her uniform as she handled our food with some nasty ass long nails. Only to get home and enjoy cold fries and stale buns. Thank you Dairy Queen for proving to me that service and quality are not priority at your establishment.

Nampa, I’d. I tried calling to complain but got a answering machine so left a message about my order. I ordered two flame throwers and 1 bacon cheese burger combos received 3 flame throwers and only 2 fries not 3 not happy my daughter doesn’t like spicy so she ended up not eating her burger. I was not going to drive all the way back over. Will not come back. Haven’t even received a call from them I was there just last night.

Had a great experience as always! Love their cheeseburgers they're awesome. Guy wo took order was very polite and we didn't have to wait long for food. Restaurant always clean! Husband had a blizzard which was good and I had childrens ice cream cone yummy! Love this location and the staff. Son went to school at Skyview and I know some classmates had been employed here. Good job guys keep up the good work.

Just in to dairy queen to have our Sunday ice cream. Ordered a Jurassic chomp but received one with no topping went back through the drive thru were told that we could get it remade...instead the gal just argued that she made it and knows that there is topping in there. Couldn't get a refund or a remake. Thank you dairy queen we will be going to Sonics in the future.

Every time I go to this Dairy Queen I spend at least 15-20 min in the drive through. Whatever little girl was working the drive through window this evening around 8:45pm was completely rude!

When through drive thru today..employee was rude just because I didnt have a penny...manager was just as bad...customer service stinks...

It seems like e everytime we come to this dairy queen there is nothing but problems... Last time I was in for lunch, they sent out old food, I took back the leather burger that was my husband's,I stood at the counter waiting for the fresh one, they let me know that they would bring it out to me, I let her know that I wanted to wait for the burger up at the counter, the girl then demanded that I go sit down, I let the worker know that I prefer to stand up there and wait... I went to the so called manager at that point to complain and she got an attitude.... Never going back to that crap hole again.... The dairy queen on the Caldwell Blvd is so much better with the quality of food,friendliness of the worker's... Don't put up with crappy food and service, go to the dairy queen on the Caldwell Blvd

The manager that is here today, needs to be train again because of her temperature.

I'm not really sure what happened here but the girl sure did "take her time" to make this cake look "nice"... birthday by the way is spelled with an "ir" not "iu" really disappointed. -picture in comments.

Food is decent, service is pitiful. 20 minutes is an unacceptable wait time for a fast food restaurant.

My daughter, grandson and I went to DQ after my grandson's music event at his daycare the other night. The service was wonderful and the years we ordered were yummy and we'll presented. I wish there was a way to send you pictures because I got a few really good ones.
