Review Saigon Restaurant - Nampa

Reasonable delivery fee and prices were very reasonable, wish they opened before 4 pm though. The most impressive thing to me was the batter on the shrimp and chicken. It was light and not oily, very good food.

Fresh food. Good variety. Priced well. Wife and I went for lunch and really liked it. We will return.

We have been a loyal customer for over 4 years. Everytime we order, there is a problem. They never make it right. We have ordered and gotten a completely wrong meal, things we didn't even order and there response was they would give us a free appetizer the next time we order. Really??? They expect me to eat food I didn't even order and don't offer to bring the correct order right away??? Then, never ask for anything special on your order, because then they mess it up and everything in the order is done wrong. Never, will I ever set foot back in this place!!! I'm tired of spending $75-85 dollars on appetizers and meals for our family and getting such poor service.

The food is pretty decent, the price is really great for the amount of food you get. However, the major downfall if that awful lady that works the front and answers the phone. No idea what her name is but she also sells the painting in the lobby. She is really awful to talk to. A lot of times the orders are wrong and she is not willing to resolve any issues that happen. I would never recommend this place because of her.

Disgusting absolutely disgusting! I purchased through doordash for delivery tonight April 15th 2019. Our order consisted of Mandarin Chicken General Chicken potstickers spring rolls fried rice and fried shrimp and chow mein. I have never had Mandarin Chicken serve to us with breast fillets similar to Katsu with the sauce on the side to where we had to mix it ourselves. The potsticker where in a package tipped on its side in the package was opened up in the bag. The pot stickers were in institutionalize Frozen product definitely not made within the restaurant. The spring rolls were the same way something that was purchased Frozen and dropped in the fryer. The chow mein was extremely dry and had something similar to dry ham on it. The fried rice look like it went through a mixer and was mushy and none of the products had any flavor whatsoever! This was the first time we ordered from this restaurant due to the reviews. You fell way short of your reviews tonight! The following paragraph is the reason for this review. Here's the kicker, I called and spoke to somebody by the name of Eric who told me that there was nothing they can do! That's how you satisfy an unhappy customer? I have seen your Hole in the Wall Restaurant when I have driven by and I've always questioned how the food was. It definitely does not measure up to the reviews. Like I promised, tomorrow I will bring in this bag of food and let you eat it if you feel it was that good. It was that bad and I will definitely not be eating it! Bad food and bad Customer service!

Great prices for such a large selection of food. Just about anything Chinese American that you can think of and I’m sure they have it. I have order almost exclusively online and directly from them and have always been extremely pleased with the quality of food that was brought to me. So, I had to go in. The service was spot on our server kept our drinks full without asking and our apps were out with lighting speed, the entrees that followed were beyond expectation. For such saturated market they do a good job with keeping their food consistent week by week.

Never processes an order correctly. Often food is left out of the order that is paid for. Their staff is extremely rude, for large ($$) orders they include 2 fortune cookies, when asked for additional their response is a large sigh followed by an eyeroll. The food is decent and priced reasonably - but when adding in the cost of food that was paid for but not received, it becomes expensive. There are other nearby options that are a better value with far less drama.

Every time I try getting food from this joint there is a problem... I only continue to order because my son enjoys the food. Not after tonight. Quoted 30-45 minutes for our food. I call after an hour and the lady says we got slammed it will be out the door in fifteen minutes. I replied by saying no we’re good thanks. They call back ten minutes later after I’ve already ordered dominoes and say the driver is outside do we still want to cancel the order, I replied yes I already ordered dominoes. Driver rings doorbell three times and knocks loudly forcing me to open the door and tell him we’re good. Never again...
