Review Jade Garden Restaurant - Nampa

Yum. My sister and I came for the lunch buffet. I was skeptical due to the 70's style dingy decor. They reeealllllly. Need to update. Lol The buffet wasn't real big so my expectations were quite low. Well, once I sat down to dig in, I was VERY PLEASED!! Everything was absolutely delish! I probably went back 4×. The battered shrimp was the best I've ever had. True story. The egg flower soup was ON POINT. I ate 3 small cups of it. I really loved everything that I ate. I will definitely be adding this to my faves list. Ive lived here 48 yrs and this was my 1st. Wish I would have tried it a long time ago. 4 🌟⭐ 🌟 ⭐

The buffet is decent, but the best stuff is the dinner combos. This is a great place for Chinese and you get A TON of food. Well worth it.

This was our second time going to Jade Garden after having a good experience the first time. Unfortunately this time was nowhere near the experience we had with them the first time. My meal was not what I ordered as I had ordered teriyaki chicken with broccoli but instead got broccoli chicken with a completely different sauce than teriyaki and on top of that it was very, very bland and water like sauce. The other two people got what they ordered but again they both said that their meals were extremely bland with watery sauce much like mine. Can't say that we will be back as there are other Chinese restaurants in the area that we are going to try out and hope for a better experience.

It had such good reviews and I was so excited to try it. I ordered chow mein and there’s an option to get pan fried noodles. If you choose that, you’re really just getting lo mein. There’s no sauce. Flavor is sub-par. Fried rice is white, very salty and very little flavor. Very disappointing.

In the era of take out only these guys hit it out of the park. Only thing is we couldn't eat it all! Thanks again!

I was very disappointed. I found a hair in my food. The food was not good. Will not go back again.

My sister and I went in the other day for lunch and everything was cold and dry. I could barely chew some of the stuff. It definitely wasn't worth almost $20 and I wish we had picked somewhere else to eat that day.

The food is great on the buffet. We also got take out a couple of months ago, and we thoroughly enjoyed that. Friendly service, too.

I love the variety of food their buffet offers! My fav is the stuffed jalapeños, chic on a stick, 2 different types of chow mein, and spicy chicken.

The food is always good when we visit and I have always had good experiences here. However, yesterday I brought a big group and I went in ahead of time and got group pricing and a guesstimate of what it would be. While there with my big group I went to pay and it was a little crazy at the time with family and friends so I paid the bill and left. After getting home I realized that I was overcharged by over 50.00, so no discount on group pricing. Next time I will go else where. Very disappointed!

I haven't been in years however years back it was quite good & reasonable.

One thing they are open late easy to get too people are nice

The food taste good and the service never had to ask for a refill.
