Burger Theory

I came to this restaurant expecting at least decent quality in food and service. My first impression was that the hotel lobby and restaurant were immaculate. I was blown away by several things I will mention. First, I was warmly received and promptly attended to. I sat at the bar area and Patrick, the bartender immediately welcomed me and offered me something to drink. I was impressed at the selection of rare and local beers on tap and also Patrick's knowledge as I inquired about my options. I was then quickly provided a menu by Unique, my server. I ordered the chicken strips as well as the BT Boss burger and fries. Wow. First of all, the chicken strips were extremely fresh. When the manager Kyle came and asked how my food was, I asked him why these chicken strips were so phenomenal. It turns out, they are marinated and breaded on location! Are you kidding me? That is exceptional. They went perfectly with the Sriracha ranch dip. My burger was magnificent. The patty was Angus beef and infused with bacon, onions, and cheese. Even the bun was toasted and obviously a high quality potato bun. I wasn't sure I could finish the burger, since it was 1/2 lb, but it just happened effortlessly. The fries I ordered looked well seasoned and were presented beautifully with the burger. Not only were the fries a good texture, not too soft, not too crispy, but the seasoning was perfectly done and not too salty at all. As I was enjoying this meal enthusiastically, I was well attended to. The service was attentive but not aggressive. I didn't have to wait around for someone to notice I was finished as the bartender Patrick was subtle, but continuously glancing to see if I needed anything. This is not the kind of service or food I expected from a restaurant inside a Holiday Inn. It far exceeded my expectations and I can only speculate positively on how the rest of this hotel is run based on my impressions of Burger Theory. If you are wanting to impress a date, eat at your hotel, or simply have some of the best food and service in the valley, I recommend Burger Theory. You won't be disappointed.

We absolutely love this place Amanda is the best bartender and then Patrick!! Lol we love them both equally and the food is to die for!
