Review Outback Steakhouse - Nampa

Order online for curbside pickup. Had a hard time finding where to pick up the food. But finally got the food 10 minutes late. Food was delicious 😋.

Pretty decor, nice service, delicious steaks, fun drink menu. Great place for lunch or dinner.

Atmosphere is pleasant. Service is good. The food is marginal. Unfortunately for Outback, there's another steakhouse within a couple minutes. Texas roadhouse's food is second to none.

The absolute worst steak and service. This is a “medium rare 12oz ribeye”... I have had better steaks at Waffle House. Sat at bar, no bar tender. Server is no where to be found. Bread took 28 mins to arrive. Appetizer came out first. Worst steakhouse in the area.

I hadn't been to Outback Steakhouse in a while and I was blown away. Great customer service, reasonable prices, & the food was soooo tasteful & I didn't leave anything on the plate. Plus, I took home a piece of Carrot Cake that was out of this world. Give them a try as I think you too will be pleasantly surprised!

My favorite thing there is the house salad. Everything on the menu is wonderful. Drinks are amazing! Very nice staff that works there. The lunch is great, we always get great service when we go. They always bring us freshly baked bread with butter for free!!!

Came in to have the Seared Ahi Tuna appetizer. What a treat! It is consistently wonderful every time!

I'm sharing because I think It's important the service was awful. The salad plates and bread plates sat on the table throughout dinner. We had to ask for refills, also. The steak was tuff and chewy. The potatoes and salad were good. The shrimp were cold at the very beginning. I hope it will get better to try again.

We took our very first trip to outback last night for our 22nd anniversary. It was the worst restaurant experience of my life. The service was terrible and the food was not much better. How does one overcook half a steak? The fries were cold, and we never did see the tartar sauce that we asked for. Nor the beer that was discussed would be delivered with food, and I had to ask for my own refill on a bottomless soda. I heard them ask everyone how their meal was, no one bothered to ask me, perhaps some rule about only asking those who look happy? It was one of the longest waits for food ever, and the couple behind us apparently had a better waiter as they arrived 20 minutes after us, but were almost done eating when we got our food. My husband feels bad because he has never not tipped a waiter, I say $83 dollars for bad food was plenty to fork out, and the twit didn't deserve a tip. I will never go here again, and I will be sure to let everyone I know not to waste their money here.

The people were lovely but the lobster & steak definitely wasn't as great as Outback/Reno. YES, steak tender and lobster delish but size was small compared. However This location in Nampa WAY better for the wedge salad - we order them and the wings family size all the time. Make sure you try their wings sometime, 100% the best wings you'll ever taste. regular flavor.

We were expecting a lot and instead were very disappointed. Our first waitress was great but as soon as she went home it got ridiculous. We waited an hour to get food, and couldn't get refills which wasn't great but we thought "no biggy." by the time our food was about to come out we asked if we could get it to go because our toddler was very upset at this point. they were kind enough to pack our stuff right as it was coming out of the kitchen. The problem was we didn't get all our food, at all. My daughter was supposed to get chicken fingers and fruit, no fruit was there. My husband was supposed to get a medium steak with mashed potatos, it was burned and there was no mashed potatos. We spent 60 dollars there for literally half the food we ordered. It's just upsetting to know that we only got half a meal and literally had to go and make my daughter more to eat because her food wasn't there. Unacceptable.

We had a delicious dinner of crab legs and steak. The wait staff was punctual with refills and very friendly! I recommend the Outback in Nampa if anyone is looking for a good steak dinner!

Outback Steakhouse in Nampa Idaho, has the best prime rib in the valley. Where the Nampa roadhouse runs out of prime rib 30 mins after opening. The Outback always has the best prime rib and rarely runs out. That is our go too steakhouse, when we want the best prime rib. The staff treat you right, and if it's just the two of you there is always seating at the bar. Give them a try, or come back for more. JoeyH

Our experience was better than some I see that have reviewed recently. Apparently they pay attention to these reviews and have taken corrective action because our meal was very good. Our waitress was attentive, the blooming onion was delivered in a timely fashion. Drinks refilled appropriately and the steaks were delicious. If I had one negative thing to say it is that perhaps my steak was slightly cooked longer than I wanted but still very delicious and not enough to mention at the time. Horseradish didn’t arrive with the meal but that is nothing terrible. Seriously looking for negative things to say here. Overall we were very satisfied and left a good tip. We will return. Good job effecting change based on negative reviews guys. Things fall down sometimes but it says a lot when a business acts on those and corrects them. Thank you. Good job.

Disappointing experience tonight. Taya, our server, was personable, but dinner took way too long for delivery to table. My Alice Springs chicken was OK (everything tastes great with bacon!); my wife's chicken Marsala was disappointing; her glass of wine never got delivered. The worst, though, was waiting 20-30 minutes for our check. Finally, we had to go up to the hostesses' lectern to tender payment; those girls went to look for the manager; and, after another 5-10 minutes, Taya came out with an incomplete bill. Jeremy, the manager was nowhere to be seen. Again, weirdly disappointing, cuz we usually like this restaurant.

Undoubtably the worst dining experience I have ever had. Me, my fiancé and 2yr old son had ordered the lobster and steak, a 6 oz sirloin, Mac and cheese, a blooming onion and some beverages. Beverages take nearly 10 minutes and after waiting an additional 10ish minutes I started the timer on my watch because we had not seen our appetizer or salads. 30 min go by and we are brought our salads and told our blooming onion was given to the wrong table and it would be a few more minutes. 15 more minutes and finally we receive our appetizer. All and all about 75 minutes since we were seated and finally we get our meals.... Mac and cheese was cold one steak was cold, one was burnt to a literal char, lobster was cold and potatoes on both plates were warm at best. I approached the manager(who had already visited the table about the blooming onion) and he responded "I'm very busy but I'll get to you in a bit" I asked for my check for the drinks and the manager proceeded to tell me to "give outback another chance, my ex girl friend gave me another chance" at this point it was past 9pm and my 2yr old was hungry and ready for bed. This was such a bummer because it was mine and the gals first night out in so long and it completely ruined it, leaving us no time to eat. From top to bottom I am beyond unsatisfied and will be taking my business across the street to Texas Roadhouse

I had the Steak and Lobster it was great. The rest of the course was very good. The server was very corduall and very polite and mannerly. He made you feel real welcomed and comfortable. I woo go back! ����

Had the outback burger. The bun and burger were both dry and bland. We were very disappointed. The burger took a very long time to come out as well. We almost left.

It was great food, wonderful atmosphere. Server disappeared after bringing our meals.. other than that loved it. I had the salmon over greens, and husband had steak salad. He said it was the best salad, loved the dressing. I had mentioned it was my husband birthday and waiter made promise to bring a fun desert, but we sat, finished with our meal about 15 min and had to flag a hostess down for our ticket. Said they where getting dessert ready; I'm certain he forgot all about it, yet we had move plans and couldn't wait. Servers should really try to keep a better eye on their tables, and on a Friday night, if you want good tips, don't leave glasses empty.. just a thought from a fellow server! ;)

We went to the outback a few days ago. Very bad experience. After we had ordered our bloomin onion. It was so dried up you couldn't even taste the onion. Ordered my steak medium. It came out well done. Waitress never asked if we wanted more bread. She asked me when we were leaving if I wanted a refill on my soda. Very disappointing. I even went to their website site to contact them. They never contacted me back. Very poor customer service.

It was great! - They had a special Valentine's Day menu, w/ bloomin onion, 2 salads, 2 steak dinners, & cheesecake! - Everything was yummy! -and service was great also!

Took Wife for b day dinner. had sirlion and all shrimp. steak chewy shrimp chewy and almost cold. Fried must have been microwaved. Service great Beer warm

Worst experience ever. The wait staff was good at least. The wife ordered prime rib, The first cut of prime rib very tough so the owner brought the wife another. It was fine, broccoli and cheese was very cold. Owner brought some warm one's. I didn't even complain about my ribeye which was ordered medium rare but came out well done and tough.

What a joke.. Both service and quality of food were completely lacking.. especially considering the outrageous prices for itty bitty portions. Think food quality of Dennys and that's being generous.. Will absolutely never be back!

Well I have to say, we attempted the unthinkable on Mother's day. Go to eat at the Nampa Outback at 2pm. Surprisingly even though it was super busy and crowded, they got us seated fairly quick and served as well as can be expected. I'd say they weren't as fast as they normally are, but that's to be expected on a day like that. I was expecting at least an hour wait and a nightmare experience....haha. But it was all rather okay. They were running to keep up with everyone though. Our orders were correct and everything was as good as usual. Good job Outback!
