Review Panera Bread - Nampa

We love coming here for a quick bite to eat. Yes, it is a bit pricier than a lot of other places, but the food is always fresh and tastes pretty dang delicious. The flat breads are fantastic, the salads are huge and the toasted sandwiches are mouthwatering good. We're always more than happy to pay the extra money for quality food and speedy service.

My wife and I haven't been to Panera in a little while and I believe their menu has been updated since our last visit. We both got the "Pick 2", me with the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich and the Broccoli Cheddar Mac & Cheese, and my wife got the Toasted Frontega Chicken Sandwich with an Asian Sesame Salad. While the food was good it did not knock my sox off. My sandwich was very bread-heavy, overpowering most of the other flavors of the BBQ Chicken Sandwich. The Broccoli Cheddar Mac & Cheese was good and reminded me of a thick based cheddar broccoli soup with noodles in it. My wife's selection was much really good. We can only assume though that when the Asian Sesame Salad is ordered as a side that it does not include chicken (as the menu indicates), or at least hers did not. Overall the food was good enough for 3.5 or 4 stars, while I reserve 5 stars for an experience that leaves the pallet wanting for more or an ambiance that leaves me inspired. While it is somewhere between fine dining and take out, expect to pay a little more than for a fast food, grab-and-go. Portion sizes were decent - I left sated, but not overly full, but my wife also shared a few bites of her sandwich and salad with me as well.

I love their food the freshness of it the bistro type atmosphere and food the Hardy warm soups my favorite is the butternut squash with a caprese sandwich😋

Drive thru service is very slow. Food was barely warm. I am so disappointed that I paid almost $40 for 2 meals and a kid’s sandwich, not even worth it.

I just wanted to say that I applaud Roger, the elderly gentleman who was working in the lobby on 10/21/20. He not only made sure that the lobby was kept clean but also assisted patrons by taking their trays and dishes, disposing of the trash and cleaning the leftover food into the garbage can, wiping down the tables and making sure the floors did not have trash under the tables. I applaud Roger for doing such a good job. He should train the younger employees to show them how to do the job right and to show them what Customer Service truly is.

Love this place ! Great lunch stop ...I loved there steak half/ sandwich with the sesame salad ! There soup is wonderful too! Its all yummy! Save money when you join there club card! 😊

Excellent chain. The food is always stellar. So far the customer service has been stellar. They're always so patient, especially with me haha. If you know me, I take a while when I order. The cashiers chat well, so casual. I love the fact that they're not too professional to the point they want to get you in and out. Like I stated, casual and definitely personable. To conclude my review it's just a very well rounded, clean, hip place to eat. Not fancy, but far from a McDonalds setting.

This Panera goes above and beyond every visit to be the best possible restaurant it can be. The employees are wonderful and the Managers are one in a million. It has done an immaculate job at keeping and holding its standards to the best they can possibly be through its employees day-to-day wonderful attitudes and actions. Overall one of the best Panera Breads' I've ever been to!

My wife and came in about a week ago to take an order home....something small but they way it ended was amazing and kept us speechless. With our order about a week ago they had forgot to put the bread into our order. My wife called and spoke to the manager Levi....He apologized and had told us that he would comp a meal for us just over bread. I mean we really were complaining just wanted to bring it to your attention. Came in tonight to get that order and order other food since we love this place. I just did not want to come in and get a free meal and leave. Spoke with Levi and he comped the whole thing. Way above and beyond what we are expecting. He is a great manager and his service kept us speechless....we defintatley will be paying this forward but please do something nice for him he deserves it.

Had the turkey bacon avocado Nothing special , tasteless turkey Old bacon ect my husband had the Same on different bread I think panini Style he ate the other half of mine and said His was way better . First time there prob last

Their beverages are great and refreshing! Love the Chicken AvocadoDMelt.. Don't get me started on their Mac N' Cheese. Awesome customer service, as well as the environment. Regulars for sure.

Great people and I love the Asian salad. We were traveling from Washington to Utah and needed some really fresh and healthy food. Never disappointed!

We stopped by last weekend and were unaware that they weren't open yet. They came out to us in the parking lot and gave us a bunch of free food because they were having to practice making the menu items. It was delicious! Very friendly staff. We will be back.

We love the food enjoy going to panera just please warm up the bread it so hard cant enjoy the bread but if u warm it would be perfect

Outstanding food with great service and atmosphere ...

I have to say I wasn't impressed. This was my second time of having a breakfast pastry and coffee. Neither was anything to write home about. The coffee was mediocre, and so was the cinnamon roll. I asked that the pastries be warmed, but they weren't. I had to ask for eating utensils. We have had Panera's sandwiches and salads, and they are excellent. The ambiance leaves something to be desired. I feel like I am eating in an open barn. There is no coziness in the atmosphere that would draw me back.

A little bit too far from where I live (Broadway, Boise) but the food is as deliciousness as I had at any other places. Only a minor hiccup was that almost half of my bread was burnt.
