After a weekend of heavy food, the acai bowls are a godsend. I definitely recommend going here and eating on the deck if the weather is nice. The view is spectacular and the food left me feeling satisfied but not overly full for a decent price. Highly recommend.

Freshfit was cited by a national food magazine as having some of the best pancakes in the country, so I sought them out. I’m not sure we would have stopped otherwise, as it looks like just another smoothie bar. But once we did, we ate several more meals there. Their food and portion sizes are fantastic and everything is prepared fresh. Located right on the sound with waterfront tables. And the pancakes were really good too! Highly recommend.

Nice spot offering healthy food and smoothies. I enjoyed vegan mushroom wrap and Valentine smoothie. My husband liked the classic breakfast with blueberry pancakes, eggs and turkey. Nice view and atmosphere.

Great outdoor spot for a quick bite and coffee.
We had the #7 Delicious soft everything bagels with avocado and turkey bacon.
Small bits of turkey bacon mixed into the guacamole could be much more plentiful for the price . Pretty good overall 👍🏼

Awesome place with super friendly staff. The food is super delicious. They have tons of options for vegans and allergen peeps. The tofu scramble is delicious and the breakfast is super yummy. The you can bring your 4 legged kid with you. The two times we visited with our dog they brought him a water bowl and a blanket to lay on. Can't wait to visit again. To the owners and employees keep of the great job!

Our food was very good after our original order was lost. My son loved the vegan pancake. The staff is very friendly and made up for the lost order delay with yummy smoothies for our group. Will go there again. I believe the lost order was a fluke. It was a very hot day (104 index) and restaurant was a little warm. Gary

This place is so cute; not only that the staff is extremely polite. I’ve been maybe 2-3 times recently and they have THE BEST smoothies. They’re made with real fruit/vegetables. No extra sugar and the food is bomb too! Not pricey either.

This place was incredible! Atmosphere, food, and service were all first class. We venture to the OBX quite frequently, and this will definitely be a stop EVERY time. The only complaint was the quality of the shrimp on the toast. For being next to the sound the shrimp quality could be much better. Everything else was great. The gentleman who served us was also great at interacting with our toddler. You will not regret coming here for breakfast! DO IT!

Stopped by on a weekday for a breakfast with great views. Food was really good and fairly priced. We sat outside and the views were great. We had a Valentines smoothie, caramel macchiato, avocado toast and omelette. Everything was very good and would definitely recommend!
