Little Caesars

Nobody should talk down this location. It is absolutely stellar in quality, timeliness of order preparation, and especially customer service. Everybody working in that pizza joint is kind, and listens to the customer well. I love the flavor of the pizza too, when it's doughy and soft, you know it's high quality bread that's being used. And that sauce?.. C'est magnifique. Will be returning. Oh, and be sure to get their app for ordering ahead of time if you're in a rush. But a 7 minute wait on a steady day for a fresh pie is not bad at all.

So I come into a packed store about a week ago and thinking its gonna be 20-30 minutes. While in line a woman comes in to start her shift. And CLEARS THE STORE OUT IN 10 MINUTES! Unbelievable service and dedication to her job. I asked her name and the employees name is Sheri, the assistant manager. I would love to have her work for me. I sure hope they are treating her right because dedicated employees are so difficult to come by. I will return for more great service! Thank you Sheri!

They are so busy that often you have to wait for it to come out of the oven, but you know its fresh. Customer service can make you feel rushed but they are running so fast trying to keep up with all the food, orders, making boxes, etc. While rushed, they are not rude, just trying to be as efficient as possible.

She knows how to take care of her Customers with a welcoming, hello and huge smile. She even takes the time to remember your name. My first time ever at a Little Caesar's Pizza. I placed an online order while I was shopping in the shopping plaza. My order was not ready as it was supposed to be due to a error with their system - but the young lady who was working was very friendly and had excellent customer service skills. I would go back just because she was so polite and friendly.
