Really nice place, everything is so clean, probably the cleanest store I’ve ever seen in Myrtle Beach. Employee working was very nice and friendly, told us how good the fudge and truffles were. We definitely will be coming back for some fudge, it was also the cheapest we’ve seen in all of Myrtle Beach, they had flavors like Red Velvet Cake and Creamsicle that other stores don’t have.
Really fun store. Very clean and a great variety of inventory to browse. All three generations had something to ogle over! It was fun listening to my dad describe his favorite nostalgic treats and for me to share mine. My son was also very delighted with his selections.
The staff left something to be desired. I read reviews about customers being greeted by friendly staff. That was not the case in my experience. One of the employees seemed annoyed that we were there and barely acknowledged us during our exchange. Don’t plan on being able to use the bathroom while you peruse, either. Apparently the septic system is an issue in the area during high tourism times and they are unable to accommodate. Maybe they have to cut down on the general public using the facilities, but I was surprised. I would have stayed longer and purchased more if I didn’t have to leave for that reason.
Other than that, we will definitely visit this fun and nostalgic store again.
THIS IS THE BEST CANDY STORE EVER!!! We were greeted as soon as we walked in door,great selection on everything and great prices. We visited other candy 🍭🍬 stores in the Myrtle Beach area and this one blows the others out of the water. We will definitely be back a few more times while we're down here on vacation.Wish I could give them 10 stars...
We went to the southern location in Myrtle Beach. The store was very clean, and there were toys, candy, shirts, and other trinkets. The kids (4 & 7) enjoyed it. Nice open space. The salt water taffy was yummy. And the staff was SOOOO nice! We will visit again the next time we go to Myrtle Beach.
There are a ton of candy shops around Myrtle Beach but this is the one you want to go to. Very large, a lot of picture opportunities for the little ones (and the big ones) and there is something there for anyone of any age. The staff was great and really made my nephew laugh. Definitely hit this place up!
We found the real Willy Wonka! Best candy and ice cream store EVER! We got dragon balls, rolled ice cream, dipped cones and candy. It was all wonderful!
My kids loved it there. They enjoyed exploring the numerous options. Although a bit pricey, it was worth the smile and excitement my kids had.
We went to the one on Kings Rd. The man that met us as we walked in the door was FANTASTIC. I didn't get him name, only that he was originally from Jamaica. He suggested so much and took my family on a sugar journey of wonderful treats we will not forget.
Incredible variety of items and very reasonably priced! I wish I got our cashier’s name (receipt says DJS) - she was amazing! Greeted us at the door and told us how everything worked, got us checked out quickly and was extremely nice! Can’t rate high enough!
This place has so much stuff to choose from and all the people are so helpful and nice. One of my favorite candy stores to go to.
This place is awesome! The photo is my rolled ice cream after I dug into it! It was delicious! Awesome and friendly staff also! Highly recommend!
Almost overwhelming with the selection, very clean atmosphere and beyond friendly staff. Stopped in on a business trip and will be back every time I drive by!
Ok Bob (my kids nicknamed you cowboy because of your hat). We will be coming back again next weekend! This place has been my kids favorite place to go every year. The staff is so friendly and amazing. It kinda feels like a cross between Willy Wonka and the chocolate factory (because the candy of course) and Disney World (due to how friendly the staff is). We can’t wait to see you guys again.
