Came in for lunch and was able to get in and out fast. The service was good, and the sub was above. It was a pleasure coming here today. Only in a Jimmy John's can you get free smells. Have it your way at jimmy John's.

The food is delicious, nice fresh French bread. Prices are high, but overall great quality of food. Also staff is friendly and very clean restaurant.

If you are looking for a quick and fresh bit to eat, you cant beat Jimmy Johns. They really are freaky fast for order time to eating time. My personal favorite is the #5 "The Vito" Its an Italian sub, with salami, capicola, & provolone cheese and 8" bread. A true classic lunch sandwich.

We order every friday for lunch. Our sammiches are always tasty and fresh.
Only once was there enough of a delay with the prescheduled delivery time to call the store to find out where lunch was. Today our order was delivered by the manager. There is a staffing shortage, that is obvious, but they seem to be putting in all effort to complete orders. 10/10 will order again next week :)

Sandwich was very good. A little bit of a wait to get the sandwich after placing the order. Only 2 people working. Both super friendly and nice. Just looked like they were working short staffed. Will go back to support the business.

I always have a positive experience when dining here! Throughout the past 15 years, I have visited this business to eat and enjoy my favorite sandwich which is a nice, simple Turkey Sub and fresh tea. They do things right in terms of the food they offer, how they prepare it, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the friendliness of the employees. I have never had anything to complain about when dining here and I don't suspect that I ever will. The owner has high standards and it shows up in the way he and his staff conducts business on a committed, consistent basis.

Ordered for delivery yesterday. The call-taker had trouble getting my order right. Eventually, he repeated it back to my correctly. The price seemed low, as I ordered a 16 inch sub to share with a co-worker. I said "that doesn't seem right, is that for the 16 inch? The larger sandwich?" He confirmed it was...twice.
Delivery arrived and the sandwich was an 8in sub and was missing some toppings. I called the store and spoke to the manager. He sent me the other half of the sandwich, with correct toppings, immediately, and with no additional charge. (I tipped the delivery guy, because it wasn't his fault and he is burning his own gas.)
Moral of the story? Mistakes happen. They, too, are human. It's how the manager(s) handle the mistakes that make Jimmy John's stand out from others. Great food. Great customer service.
