Thoroughly enjoyed their sushi. Nice atmosphere as well. Off the beaten path for the majority of the tourist traffic, so you don't have to worry about it being packed all the time.
The Best Place on the Beach. The worst part about moving away from the beach was having to move away from this place. Now, every time I have the chance to visit I splurge and get all my favs! The Spicy Tuna Salad, Myrtle Beach Roll, and some Red Clam and Scallop Sashimi. Honestly though, I have ordered other items from time to time and have NOTHING to complain about. The fish is as fresh as it could get and the crafting of the dishes are beyond professional. As for the service, I have never had an issue with a single person there. They are generally overly friendly and ready to meet your every need. If you sit at the sushi bar then don't be surprised to get into deep conversations with your sushi chef or waiter! Haha! I'm planning to move back to the beach soon and this is going to be one my first stops!
We had a buffet of some of the apps. They were all delicious. The service was fast an friendly. Restaurant was clean. Will eat here again.
My daughter and I had a sushi lunch. We ordered a platter of 4 different rolls which was plenty to share. It came with a salad or soup. My daughter had the salad with ginger dressing, I had the meso soup. Both was very good. The sushi was fresh and affordable. The dessert was over the top!! We went back the next night for dinner because of the warm sticky rice with fresh mango. Very good!
Awesome!. Sat at the bar and had the best service and sushi! i love this place!
Extensive menu, pleasant attentive staff as well as well prepared tasty meals make this a great place
I have Mixed feelings about this place, I've eaten here numerous times and the food has always been excellent but every single time the staff has seemed stuck up and not that attentive but the food is really great
This is the best Thai food I have ever had in my life. Service was prompt and courteous. Atmosphere is comfortable and cozy. Reasonable prices. Wish this restaurant was local to where I live.
The Godfather Roll!!!. Get the Godfather Roll and I promise you will thank me for the suggestion! It's will knock your socks off! We love Indo...always good service and great food!
Mary Jane Goodman-Giddens
+4.5
Highly recommend this chic little restaurant hidden in the Grande Dunes Shopping Ctr. The food is vivaciously seasoned and the staff is ever so accommodating.
Really good food and sushi but its a bit over priced.
Best Asian food in the South. Work your way thru the menu and especially enjoy the cheap happy hour specials!
Absolutely Amazing. You will not have a finer sushi dinner anywhere in Myrtle Beach or Pawley's Island -- ask Laura to make you a Spicy Tuna Salad and your mouth will thank you a thousand times!
Hidden Gem. They have Happy Hour discounts on some sushi, including the Godfather Roll which is the bomb!!
My aunt and I gamer here for lunch a couple days ago, and we both agreed that it was the best sushi we have ever eaten. The atmosphere of the restaurant is amazing and the service is awesome. The owner came out to take our order herself, and offered us the different drink menu’s as well. I highly recommend the Indo Roll, and the Brown Sugar Boba.
Very tasty food! We lived in Asia, and flavors were authentic! We had Chicken Satay, Ginger Tofu stir fry and Singapore noodles! All excellent!
The individual dishes were all very excellent, the Yellow Curry with Salmon was our table favorite. Portions were generous and good. We had appetizers and main dishes, prices were reasonable considering the exotic nature of the restaurant. Now for the not so good news. Plan on spending a while at the restaurant, our meal took about 2 hours to get to the table. Everything came out at different times and there was a lag of at least 45 minutes from first item to last. That leaves everyone uncomfortable about eating when all the dishes are not served. The restaurant was not that busy when we went at 4 on a Sunday. Still, I'd go again. Did not see Laura this visit.
I consider myself a Green curry connoisseur- theirs is delightful. I love spice and Thai hot food and they don’t hold back. The owner is a sweet heart and hard worker who is there every time I go (which is a lot) and her dedication to her food shows.
Good Thai in Myrtle beach is hard to come by and this is the best I’ve had hands down- well worth the wait for your homemade/ fresh meal 😋
The samosas had the most delicate shells. Lovely seaweed salad. Standard delicious veggie roll, with generous portions.
Excellent happy hour deals.
Friends got The Godfather roll and another happy hour roll and was stuffed. Faro bubble tea delighted him.
Chicken dish was also generous.
Most excellent service was provided.
The food here was incredible! The chef Laura Smith was such a sweet lady. Our waitress was also very prompt, kind and very knowledgeable of the food items. The hot sauce here was also really good and we bought a few bottles to take back home. Will definitely recommend and visit again, as the place had really great vibes all around.
I had a taro bubble tea which was uh larger then I expected and very tasty. Plus the happy hour specials they give you large portions. Will be back to try more of the menu! Yum!
We had a fantastic dinner. I didn't see green papaya salad on the menu, but the chef told me she'd make it for me. WOW. The sushi was amazing, and my husband's ginger stir fry was too good to describe. We'll definitely be back.
We've gotten take out twice. Both times were fantastic. Everyone loved their food. The salmon was particularly delicious. The crab rangoons were better than any other place around.
Dining here was an awesome experience. The food was absolutely delicious and above all it was fresh. The owner was also our server. She honestly cared about how we liked our food and our experience. Indo is now going to be my new go to Thai Restaurant in Myrtle Beach. We've tried them all, and Indo is definitely the best. There is no comparison. The owner is Indonesian and her menu consists of many different foods of the region. Give her a try, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
I will be honest, it took over an hour to get food. HOWEVER the food was absolutely amazing. It seemed there were only 2 possibly 3 workers and they were super busy. The waitress had a smile on her face the whole time and every single item I ordered was great!
I had Pad Thai and my wife had udon noodles stir fry. Both very good. We will return here. Waitress/cook very friendly.
Laura the owner was our waitress and everything was the best! The specialty cocktails were mixed perfectly and tasted great! Sushi rolls- we couldn't eat enough of them! We each chose; Shrimp, Chicken and Scallop Pad Tai. Each was abundant and flavorful. Our meals were prepared quickly, so fresh and flavorful. We're going back tomorrow!!!
Yes, yes, yes, very yummy! The Chicken Thai Rice, and the Veggie Stir Fry with Shrimp was a pleaser.
Chef Laura was a delight to speak with, truly a pleasure to have her and her wonderful restaurant in our community.
Our table tried three kinds of sushi, the minced chicken appetizer (I cannot remember the name of it), and the filet hibachi...it was all wonderful. The portions were very good and we had the best dinner the next night...with our leftovers! The owner made sure we were taken very good care of and we will be back!
If you are in Socastee and not likely to make it to the Indian Ocean or Strait of Malacca (not to mention the streets of Jakarta) anytime soon, AND, you are in the mood for some genuine regional culinary flair and a funky place to eat it in, well, this is the spot!
We were all about the Singaporean noodles, so we each got an order, and wow! So good but so much to eat we took some home and two days later after marrying in the fridge and heated up in our wok, the dish tasted as good as it did right out of Chef Laura's wok. Not even kidding.
All fresh veg, noodles, sprouts and entree meats. Beautifully cooked in her awesome brown sauce. I you like funky and you like genuine, well....Gotta get back there soon.
The tong yod was to die for! You can’t go wrong with any of the sushi rolls, and my mom loved the curry! My sister loved the pad Thai! <3
Amazing food... Super clean restaurant with delicious treasures for you in-store. Great happy hour prices from 4-7pm. With a large menu selection to boot. I'll be back soon.
