This restaurant is very good. The pizza is awesome, and there are plenty of items on the menu that anyone could find to eat, even the pickiest person. It is a good place to watch sports, and had a great view of the lake and other stores. It is wheelchair accessible and child friendly. Parking is free.

Came in on a Tuesday night.(10-23) I was able to get a table right away. The service was good. The chicken wings were good. They had a nice crisp outside and a nice juice inside. The Calzone was pretty good. The peppers inside of it weren't my favorite. All the food came out hot and in a timely manner. They have a full bar and a decent draft beer selection.

Ordered take out on a Wednesday evening mid October. That probably wouldn't be a good idea on a busy night or during tourist season. The parking would be crazy. It was a bit of a walk from where we DID have to park. So your pizza isnt that hot by the time you get home. The puzza was really good. We had pepperoni and mushrooms. They use a combo motezrell cheder chees mix it was good.

I was so surprised at the amount of options available to eat!
They even have goat cheese! They have vegan options, too.
They've updated the straps on the high chairs. Those all click and stay clicked now.
And service was phenomenal. Thanks for a great visit.

Staff was very friendly……waitress was very nice and attentive to our needs….food was above average and came out very fast….definitely a place to check to get your pizza fix

We come down to Myrtle Beach once a year from Raleigh, but today was the first time we've been to Extreme. I'm so glad we chose this place. We have 5 kids with 5 different palates, and they all loved the food. The Huge size was actually perfect for the 4 that wanted pepperoni (although next time, I think I'll have to have it cut in squares so we have more to bring back), I had an individual mont blanc, and I think it's my favorite now. The calzone my husband ordered was perfectly filled, and not overly doughy.
We'll definitely be back to this place.

First time every being here, service was excellent and super fast. We were surprised because it was right at dinner time. Our food was so fresh and piping hot! We had calzones and they had Fantastic flavor combinations!. We even ordered a couple of the pizzas to-go to try later. Highly recommend!!

Their pizza was excellent. They had a lot of choices, and they also had vegan alternatives. I got a personal pizza with roasted garlic, mushrooms and spinach with vegan cheese. It was excellent very filling. Our server was the best and the view from the porch was wonderful right on the water. We got to watch the motor boats taking people around and seeing the ducks floating in the water. We had a really good time.

Although we are locals we love to get out to see what our visitors are enjoying. We did a few hours at Broadway at the Beach and hit some shops. Hungry and visiting B@tB? Definitely stop by Extreme Pizza! Extremely friendly staff. Extremely good adult beverages. Extremely delicious food and Extremely great atmosphere!! The salad, wings and pizza hit the spot 👌 . Great view on the patio to watch zipliners, boaters and tourists walking.
