We've been coming to Myrtle Beach for years. On this trip we tried Carolina Steak & Seafood. I had never heard/seen it until it popped up on Facebook. It was delicious. We started with the Fried Green Tomatoes! DELICIOUS! I've never had them with shrimp and crab. I had Ribeye, perfectly cooked and seasoned. My mom said the Shrimp and Grits was the best she has had and she has had a lot! They had lamps on the table they turned on so you could see the menu. Service was good. On this night they had a band playing in the bar so you could hear it in the restaurant. Excellent find and we will for sure come back.

I think this was truly the best place we ate during our entire vacation. We came during lunch (around 2pm) and were sat immediately. Waitress was very attentive and the atmosphere here is incredible. Our food was served hot and fresh, and the presentation was incredible. My steak was undercooked based on what I asked for but I didn’t mind as I’m not picky unless it’s overdone. BEST. FOOD. EVER!!

My husband and I were at the outlets shopping for a bit, and then decided to have lunch. I did a quick google search and this place came up . It's a huge restaurant with a few different rooms; and hardly anyone inside. We wondered how this place stayed in business? We were later told the place is busy in the evenings. Our young waitress, Kelia, was sweet, yet seemed a little shy. She provided good service. I ordered the shrimp and grits and my husband ordered the Southern fried chicken sandwich. Both portions were big. His sandwich was topped pimento cheese. The fries were crispy. There were about 6-7 good size shrimp in the grits, along with andouille sausage, onions and red and green bell peppers. The grits weren't overly thick and the sauce light and creamy. I also had a side Caesar salad; and we were served some cornbread, which was excellent. I thought the teas were expensive, almost $4.00 each; and we found it odd to see a "kitchen appreciation fee." We've never seen that before. We later talked to the executive chef and while we didn't ask him about the fee, he did state it's hard to keep staff at restaurants, and has the best cooks in the kitchen. So, we felt alright about the fee. Overall, it was a good lunch. Would we come back? Maybe.

Great food. Some of the best food I've had in Myrtle Beach. I had the Grouper and it was wonderful. My grandson had the Ribs and they were fall off the bone tender. The tomato bisque soup is worth the trip here alone. I definitely come back here.

Restaurant is always a favorite. Presentation is so nice, and the place has a cool history. I would love to see a patio/outdoor seating space added. The waterway is so beautiful. I’d love the experience of this delicious food with a view!

July 18th 2023 marks 19 years married to my lovely bride, and we were tight on money this year and opted for a quick day trip to Myrtle Beach where it all started 19 years ago. I lived down there for 10 years and ran my own business, so all the bad press notwithstanding, Myrtle Beach holds lots of memories for me and us. We both wanted a nice dinner and wasn't sure where to go. I really wanted crab legs, and she wanted somewhere we could have our annual beer. Riding up hwy 17th after we passed all the crab leg places, this place caught my eye, so we pulled in. They didn't have a crab leg buffet and at the market price of $45 for a lb of crab legs I opted for a more affordable option. I landed on the shrimp and grits and my bride had the Marry Me Chicken. Our server Kelia was an absolute sweetheart and when she found out it was our anniversary they pulled out all the stops for us. A Photographer came over and took out a picture, candle on the table , and a complimentary slice of strawberry cheesecake. And don't let me forget the reason you are reading this. Yes, the food was amazing. Delicious, fresh and served promptly, and we were treated very well. Thank you for making our anniversary perfect.

I'm a seafood platter, you had a choice. All your food had to be broiled are all of it had to be fried and I'm sorry but scallops that are fried that have not been dried out properly just turned to dough wrapped around a piece of fish. I like my scalps black. And that's the only problem that we had here. The food was good. I took one bite to the scalps, and that was it could need anymore. Sorry for this. But I mean I asked for broiled ones and she said she couldn't do it.
