Angelo’s is a must-visit for our family when in the area. The steaks are always perfectly cooked and seasoned on a sizzling platter (I order one level less-done since it keeps cooking at the table). Our server, Paul, had multiple large tables but kept us well-attended. The escargot (in garlic butter without the shell) is fabulous and the creamy Marsala sauce is delicious with steaks. The salad is large and tastes great with the house dressing. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of seating. The early-bird filet was priced great. Only reason I did not give 4 stars is the increased prices with less food issue here like most other restaurants now. The appetizers and sides are smaller but price has increased. Prices are quite expensive on the regular menu but the food quality is worth it for occasional visits.
I’ve drove past this place probably 100 times over the years vacationing. We were looking for a good Italian restaurant and we were looking more up towards the boardwalk. Several food sites listed this place in the top 5 so we decided to give it a try. We both really enjoyed the buffet. From the meatballs and Italian sausage to the stuff shells and lasagna. Everything we had was really good. Staff were all friendly and polite. Glad we went!
For starters our server Tyra was phenomenal!! Every worker we encounter was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Drink was nice and boozy, BEST chips and salsa I’ve ever had seriously chips were so light and just amazing haha, food was tasty as well. My only complaint is that we don’t have one back home, will definitely be back next time we’re in Myrtle Beach! :)
This place is authentic Italian with a upper class family feel to it. The price is perfect for how much food you get. It's an amazing buffet, and the steak filets are exquisite! Very clean. Great employees and Tamara is an amazing waitress. It has become a family tradition coming here when visiting the beach.
$14 for the lunch Italian buffet is a steal. the selections were good. Server was very quick with my drinks. Only reason I took one star from the atmosphere is because I wish there was a quicker way than walking all around the place in order to get to the buffet line. Not the world's biggest issue but could be something to improve.

Angelo’s was by far the best experience my fiancé, daughter & I had on our week vacation in Myrtle! Brianna our server was true to her word and even helped us pick out our meal as we had no ideas on what we wanted! She made us feel welcomed by her warming personality and was just amazing overall! Her passion for her work was beyond words-she cared about her job and that’s rare to see! She loved what she was doing and gave top service to us and everyone else around her! We couldn’t have asked for a better waitress😊 ALSO SHOUTOUT to BOBBY in the kitchen for throwing down on the amazing steak 🥩 he cooked, which by the way was 100% the best steak I’ve ever tasted - just the perfect amount of flavor and juiciness! My fiancé and daughter split the buffet and couldn’t have been happier! You don’t usually get fresh when you get a buffet but here at Angelo’s is a whole different story! We had such a great experience that we are even going back a second time before we leave. Some may think this is extra but it all needed to be said and it’s the little things that matter! GOD BLESS!!

We arrived at the restaurant and was told that we would have to wait about 30 minutes but ended up only waiting 10. The waitress was very nice to us. She gave us great info about the restaurant and answered the many questions we had. She was very patient with us because we could not make up our mind. There was so much great food on the menu we could not pick just one thing! We ended up getting the steak and it was phenomenal. All of the food is made fresh to order. They only use in house ingredients and the prices are good for the quality that we had. Me and my wife both agree that it is the best steakhouse we have ever been to. The Italian buffet is amazing as well. I would recommend it to anyone who is visiting Myrtle Beach.
We went twice 1st night everything was awesome but I wanted to try the buffet. So the second night the food was great again but our waiter was no where to be seen when we got there while others were being seated and served beverages and eating if they had the buffet. After a waitress found him everything was OK. The 1st night our waitress was awesome though. Overall we will go back the next time we are im town
We just celebrated our 26th anniversary here, the meal was fabulous and so was our wait staff!
This was her first time at this restaurant, our waitress took the time to sit down with us and explain how everything worked. Even took the time to explain to us how we could share a meal and save money. She took the time to take care of us as if we were her only customers although we were not. Wonderful wonderful girl. She got one hell of a tip off of a $70 meal.
And the dessert was to die for. For those of you who like chocolate but don't like to overdo it this is an ideal dessert. The caramel cuts the chocolate. The plus thing is there is caramel icing between the layers of cake.
First time diners and we weren't disappointed. Our server was great and so we're our meals. Veal Marsala for my husband and filet medallions with Marsala for me. Will definitely return.
Back again in 2023 and again, nothing to complain about. The She Crab soup was to die for, lots of crab and chunks too! The Veal Marsala was fork tender and fabulous. Husband had the buffet and was not disappointed.
My wife and I searched for a restaurant to have dinner. We read reviews and decided to go to Angelo's steak and pasta.
We couldn't have made a better decision, the food was absolutely delicious. Special mention to Ashley our server, she took great care of us.
I would highly recommend going here, you won't be disappointed.
