Great little place, great food, they had a table that's was really important to us. Our server was so sweet. The food was delicious. Definitely a must go to. (Bathroom different the toilet paper was in a weird spot. But very clean and they busy. They have buffet special but we ordered food.
Nice and cozy local diner. The food and service is always great. Very "comfort food"-y. The biscuits and gravy were my favorite!
We stopped by Joe's because our regular spot is closed on Sunday. They had a fantastic breakfast buffet with at least 9 meats. The food was hot and tasted great, Not drive out like some buffets can be. The people were friendly and treated us like they have known us for years. The space is a little tight because it was packed with people. Even though it was busy they turned the tables quickly. I will definitely be returning.
Joe's Diner by the Airport is PERFECTLY named! It's a quaint little diner...right by the Airport. Joe's has an interesting menu and the food does not disappoint. It is very tasty diner style food. The service is excellent! Everyone was very friendly and treated us like we were old family friends.
Two pieces of history and my childhood combined into one. I’ve been going to Joe’s longer than I can remember. Good food, great prices, giant portions, and friendly faces. If you have insomnia come eat a good meal here and you’ll be passing out for an afternoon nap soon after. Wonderful to see the same smiling faces I’ve seen for decades now. Especially with so much of old Myrtle beach being gone, it’s great to have this.
Busy place, great for lunch. The waitress was delightful. Good solid diner choice. Wide selection. Menu is a little hard to understand. Fast service.
We heard this place was good and it was. Diner setting, nothing fancy but what a menu. I haven't seen liver and onions on a menu for a long time, so I ordered it and it was very good. and a free banana pudding for dessert too. Only open for breakfast and lunch though. My wife had a tuna melt that she enjoyed thoroughly.
Busy Sunday morning and we enjoyed our breakfast! Wait staff is so sweet, and the food is amazing. We actually both ended up getting the kitchen sink omelette, couldn’t resist, it had everything I wanted! I got a biscuit as my side and added a side of gravy though since I also was eyeing up the biscuits and gravy. I’m glad I got the omelette though, it was so satisfying. Best breakfast potatoes we’ve had in a long time, they’re sliced thin and crispy.
My Father and I stopped in for breakfast had the Country Special, the biscuits were fresh, the Gravy was very smooth and creamy. You won't need to add salt or pepper on the biscuits and gravy, seasoned perfectly. The Eggs were consistent, Bacon and Ham were also great. Our waitress was Excellent. Overall this was a great breakfast with Excellent Service. My father is a local and he will now frequent Joe's at the Airport.
The only issue I have is the older women with the really short hair at the front who seats people was rude, made smart remarks and comments such as “it’s either in or out” just because someone held the door when me and my family were walking out to leave. Other than that everyone was super nice especially the waitress and the food was good.
I was pleasantly surprised by this little diner! Not a fancy place at all - but it's everything a real diner should be. Food was delicious. Had the buffet which had so many choices. Everything was perfectly cooked, hot and fresh. Exceptionally good meats, particularly liked the ham and kielbasa. Really good selection of fruits, yogurt, granola, etc. But the star for me was the incredibly light biscuit and sausage gravy. Waitresses were so attentive and friendly.
Typical diner place. Food was good and had everything you could want from a diner. The French toast was great and the blueberry pancakes were nice and fluffy and very tasty. Biscuit and sausage gravy was very good as well. Staff was friendly.
Joe's Diner by the Airport is the reason you don't judge a book by its cover. Joe's has some of the best breakfasts you're going to have in town., despite its unassuming exterior. The fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, and perfectly brewed coffee are just a few of the mouthwatering options available. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere make it the perfect spot to start your day before catching a flight. Don't let the diner's modest appearance fool you - Joe's Diner is a hidden gem that will leave you craving for more.

Our food was so good and service was great. I am so glad to know they put blueberries in their pancakes not just on top like most places do. I had the Irish Benedict loved it !
Great alternative to bob evans. Reasonable cost to portion. Buffet was pretty good. Do wish I could order omelets at the buffet. Buffet bacon was crispy and their was fresh fruit. The pancakes and waffles were tiny but delicious.
My daughter and I stopped by here on our first visit to Myrtle Beach. We loved everything about this diner, especially the hospitality. The food was great too. Great place!👍👍👍👍👍
We are here for the first time and will return, my husband had the 3x3, three pancakes, 3 sausage, 3 bacon, 3 eggs and loved it. I had an early lunch meal of hamburger steak with gravy, potato salad, butterbeans and strawberry cake, everything was delicious. We will definitely when we return to Surfside.
This local gem of probably the best meat-n-3 around!
They’ve got several meats and at least a dozen delicious sides to choose from daily.
