Food was pretty good. We got crab cakes and the lobster roll. Portion size was plenty for 2 to share! I've heard mixed reviews about lobster rolls in the area and I thought this one was really good. Definitely met my expectations. The place is pretty small inside, as well as bathrooms. Was nice to sit on the patio and listen to live music. Our service was good, we just had a bit of a communication issue as our server was partially deaf. I would definitely visit again for the lobster roll!

We go almost every visit, in the last year they cleaned the inside and got years worth of grime wiped away looks so much better! Now we eat all over MB but dirty dibs has 2 hidden gems 1. Is their pitchers of Long Island ice tea. It’s big it’s strong it tastes great and 3 people is the ideal to drink it 2 people you will be buzzed for sure. You also get a free shirt with purchase 2. Lobster bites. They were out for a few years but their back and better then ever. They’re about $25 and I swear you’re eating 3 lobsters worth of succulent cooked to perfection lobster. They’re one of our favorite items in the country! They’re that good. They also have the best fried shrimp in the area. Their fries are not good and never will be and I’ve accepted that. But go for drinks and lobster bites and shrimp and have a fantastic meal every time.
This place is a 10 out of 10!!! I will be back! I had a catch of the day which was grouper. Very light, flaky, tender, moist and the flavor is outstanding! For my side I had the red potatoes and the old bay seasoning compliments it very well! My family had the crablegs and they were cooked and seasoned properly! The shells weren't too soft to open, 3 clusters, decent price (39.99). There was also live music on the patio! Great end to a day! Go here while you're here! The drink was a peach mule and very tasty!
The atmosphere was great. The man performing for the night was so sweet and it made a great vibe all around. He even played rocky top for us when he found out we are from Tennessee. I also thought the food was delicious and moderately priced.
Lunch stop after visiting for the Jeep Jam. Had an order of both raw and oyster rockefeller which were so great, didn’t have time to take the picture. 😂. After decimating the oysters, I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and opted for the street corn side. The street corn far outshined the sandwich. Service can be very slow, which was the low point. Highly recommend this place as a great food destination!!!
First time coming to this restaurant after years of coming to Myrtle Beach. My fiance came in on a whim after walking around, and we both were very pleased. The waitress was extremely kind and very helpful. We had a bunch of questions, and she was so patient. We ordered the avacado tuna boat appetizer. It was the highlight of the experience. We got the sauces on the side, and we were glad. The Wasabi sauce was not our favorite, but the teriyaki and spicy sauce were fantastic. I ordered the surf and turf basket while my fiance ordered a blackened whitefish. Everything was fantastic. The fried food wasn't overly fried and was still juicy. We will be coming back!
The food and drinks were awesome for a quick lunch. Walking distance to the beach! The staff was knowledgeable about the menu. I would definitely recommend this place if you love oysters.
Wanted to go here with wife and try their fried oysters and I’m so glad we did wife actually tried the Lobster roll which she said was fantastic the lobster Mac and cheese was good but it’s hard to beat Ruth’s Chris lobster Mac Lucky we sat outside with nice fresh air and got to listen to music would definitely recommend coming here
Myrtle Beach in November is understandably scaled down. Dirty Don's was the only affordable place in the area for RAW oysters. Though the oysters were small and not very meaty it was the taste I was looking for. The place is small but they have parking in the back and indoor or outdoor dining options. Raw oysters are not available for takeout, dine in only. Wait staff is friendly
Food was better the 1st time. This is tourist season so really they just need you in the door; doesn't matter if you come back. Really enjoyed the 1st time so will try again.
Interesting spot with great servers and service. Too hot to eat on the deck today, but very nice inside. Parking is a bit limited.
This is an amazing place to grab food. Lots of selection and GREAT deals on FRESH seafood. Indoor and outdoor seating. Drink specials, food specials, mid day happy hour and actual happy hour. Parking is a bit tight but honestly worth it!
Food was average. Shrimp tacos were ok, not the best I’ve ever had but eatable. Fries had WAY too much left over oil all over them. Ranch was HORRENDOUS! Ranch is a MUST for me and the ranch didn’t hit. Shrimp nachos were really good though!
First time in Myrtle & First time trying Dirty Don's Oyster Bar!! I Have to say, the food blew my mind! We ordered a custom boil, Shrimp basket, Raw Oysters & the Oyster Sampler and My husband and I loved it!! 100/10 will come back on our next trip to SC! The Garlic Parmesian oysters in the sampler were to die for. The Boil was spicy & there was so much flavor!!
Went there yesterday for lunch and it was great food and wonderful service from our server, Ivy. We had a dozen oysters, burger and lobster rolls. Definitely will be back again.
Some of the best oysters I've had in Myrtle Beach, extremely clean, no pieces of shells or grit. The staff was friendly and attentive. The 4 of us had a very good late lunch, and the avocado tuna bowls were awesome.
