Fun laid back place with good all American food. Picnic tables and friendly service. The OMG burger was huge but wished it was a bit better. Overall great place to kick back with friends. Cheers!!

River City is your classic beach town restaurant with traditional entrees ranging from salads, sandwiches to burgers and seafood. Our meals were quite good served hot.
The atmosphere is a rustic, rundown, traveler eclectic spot with writings and license plates all over the building.
Service was pretty good. Our wait staff checked on us frequently to ensure all was good. Seems like every time we're in MB, we stop here to get a meal.
Drink menu is full of beers, cocktails and specialty drinks.

Fast friendly service and delicious and unique burgers. I had the Bug Island Burger and it was fantastic. The sweet potato fries were also good. Highly recommended.

I always try to visit local hot-spots while on vacation. This place did not disappoint. The burgers were fantastic and fries amazing! Outdoor seating is nice with one of a kind atmosphere. Friendly staff that was very attentive. I will say, this was my favorite dining spot during this trip. If you haven't tried it, you should! Plan on spending $35-$45 for 2 people including tip.

Everything about this place was on point. The burgers were BANGIN! The atmosphere is so fun and everyone was really nice. The food is the best part 🤤 I think we’ll come back here every time we’re in the area!

Talk about BURGERS! I don’t think I’ve seen a more diverse burger menu. If you’re looking for a delicious one of a kind burger - this is it!! I ordered a burger with chili, mustard, and onion. It reminded me of Skyline Chili in Ohio - same flavor but instead of a hotdog it was on a burger. It was absolutely the best burger I had in the Myrtle Beach area. If you order onion rings with it be prepared for them to bring you ONE GIANT RING.

This was our first outing in Myrtle Beach and it did not disappoint. It was busy but we were able to get seated within 10 mins. The food was good! We ordered the cheese curds for an appetizer which was a great start. We both ordered delicious burgers and the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I'm burger bougie and like to taste seasoning on my burger. Otherwise I'd highly recommend stopping here!

My family and I had such a great experience. The food is affordable buy delicious. Def the best burgers I've ate while visiting Myrtle Beach. Stephanie was our waitress she was so attentive and kind!! I will go back over and over from now till forever!!! My kids loved the free peanuts!! It's very cheap compared to most places around here. My kids ate for 8.00 that included burger,fries and souvenir 🥤
The blooming onion was the best of all we got!!
I'm a fan!!
P.s we signed the license plate wall, and we are excited to come see it every year when we visit!!

Our first night in Myrtle Beach and we chose River City Cafe. We were so glad that we did. Now it was 745 pm on a Sunday night so we knew a long wait was going to be had so we were not surprised by the 1 hour wait time given. But we were pleasantly surprised when they texted 30 minutes later saying the table was ready. Aron was our server. He did a great job answering all of the questions we had. The food came out in a timely manner, prepared to order and presented well. These burgers were large and very delicious. Now the cheese fries did not live up to the bar that the burgers had set but still okay. They have a great variety of burgers. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Rainy day but there was seating inside when we went. Waitress was super friendly and attentive. Burgers were phenomenal. I highly recommend the pretzel bun. It elevated the entire dish to a higher level. Onion rings are huge. I only ate one and had no room for more. The breading was flavorful and the onion was great. I would recommend this place to any friend or relative. Keep up the great work. Enjoyed looking for my states' license plate
