A fantastic place to dine. The atmosphere was quiet and calm with quite the eclectic assortment of artwork on the wall. Our server Lindsey, was on point and very friendly.
The food was absolutely incredible. The scallops were cooked to perfection and the portabella mushroom was a hidden gem easily overlooked by the diversity of the menu. My favorite by far was the lamb,.... we will be dinning here again.
We visited Fire & Smoke for my birthday and to say we we're pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. This place is amazing! The wait staff is professional but welcoming! The food is to die for! There wasn't a single thing that we ordered that we weren't blown away by. Probably some of the best food I've had in my life. We're so glad we found this place and we will definitely be back!!
Amazing atmosphere , friendly and helpful staff with totally awesome foie gras. First time I ever had it and it was to die for. I think they fixed it with pear that night so it was not like the menu stated. I would definitely have it again if I hadn’t of learned how they make them have fatty livers.
A friend recommended this restaurant and it did not disappoint. The wedge salad and the rib eye were delicious. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. It is a hidden gem and off the beaten path.
Best restaurant in the Myrtle Beach area! Outstanding food and service! My wife enjoyed the Ahi Tuna, my daughter says the Filet Mignon melts in your mouth, shrimp & grits were the best starter, my son-in-law says the lamb was amazing, and cioppino is something I look forward to when we are in Myrtle Beach. My daughter says the bread and rolls are the best. Highly recommend!!
Don’t let the location, size or surroundings fool you. Excellent experience from start to finish. Very eclectic menu with options for even the most discerning tastebuds. We shared the charcuterie and cheese board which was a perfect blend of olives, chutney, spicy mustard, nuts, fruit, bread, two cheeses and two meats which were a great starter. My wife had a salad with very fresh ingredients and a flavorful dressing, the ribs (small plate) which were wonderful as well with a sweet BBQ sauce. The sides were not typical and were also a welcome change. I had the New York Strip, medium rare - blackened, which was so tender and perfectly cooked you could cut it with a fork. This was the best steak I have had anywhere in Myrtle Beach. We were lucky enough to have Mark as our server and will request him upon returning. He made certain our courses were timed perfectly. With so many restaurants in the area it’s rare we visit the same one twice while on vacation but this one is worthy of two visits. Do yourself a favor and try it for a fine dining experience with a more casual atmosphere.
We visited Fire & Smoke on a recommendation from a friend and so glad we did. We walked inside to a warm and friendly greeting from the hostess who sat us in a cozy booth. The ambiance was nice, the lights were dim and it wasn't loud. Our waiter, Jon R was great! He was attentive and helpful without being overbearing. The food was delicious, every dish was excellent. We ordered the pork belly, short ribs, shrimp and crab martini, and quail Kung pao.

Absolutely by far the best food we have ever had. Our server Andrew was just as good. I was not sure what a gastropub was all about, but I was pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be returning. Best place in Myrtle Beach by far!
Absolutely loved this place. Ordered the cowboy ribeye. It was the best steak I have ever eaten. Wife had the red snapper and she loved it. We will be back that is for sure.
We stopped while vacationing. Place is just off main drag we missed it first time past. Greeted at door by hostess and quickly seated. Met our waiter and he got us drinks. Ordered mushroom and cheese app. It was wonderful. I got the chicken and biscuit with corn creme brûlée both were great! Leslie ordered ribs and it had a sweet potato and bacon salad side. She enjoyed it muchly. Hostess and Chef (owners?)moved down from Harrisburg
Absolutely delish! The food, staff, atmosphere, everything was great!! You have to try the Golden Road Mango Wheat beer. Best beer my husband and I have ever had!
First time visiting but already planning to go back. There is a reason this is a top rated restaurant. Superb food, great service and wonderful atmosphere. This is a must visit place in myrtle beach.
If you are in Myrtle Beach and you don't stop in, you'll miss out on an amazing experience. Spectacular food, first-rate beer and wine selections, and without all the stuffiness that frequents fine dining establishments.
Food was spectacular. Pork Belly is scrumptious. Cheese & meat platter is the perfect starter tô any night out. Hidden gem!
The Chicken & Biscuits and Meatloaf were both delicious. The corn crime brûlée side dish was unique and tasty. They have a nice whiskey list to boot.
Had a great anniversary dinner here. We were visiting the area and found the place on a google map search.
Here's the deal - this may not have the newest and modern ambiance... But it has a small charm and your probably not going to get a better dish somewhere else. Food was stellar, especially the scallops. The smoked old fashioned was perfect. Will definitely look this place up again if we visit Myrtle Beach again in the future.
If I could give this place 6 stars, I would! Every single bite and sip was on point! We went with a large group so I tried quite a few things. The scallops 🤤🤤🤤 amazing! You can’t go wrong with what you order. Solid wine menu as well, however they were out of a couple bottles we wanted.

This is one of the best restaurants I've been to in Myrtle Beach. It's a little pricey but the food is amazing. We had the pork belly and the tuna tower appetizers. The pork belly melted in your mouth and the tuna was great mix of flavors. For entree we had elk chops (excellent) and the best short ribs we've ever had. So tender and flavorful. The waiter was very attentive. Go. You won't be disappointed.
The location feels a bit like a hole in the wall until you walk in, but this is easily one the best restaurants at the beach. I would recommend this to couples or small groups, as the food is excellent but price and menu wouldn't work well for kids (at least mine). Check it out if you're looking for a great dining experience.
🌟✨✨ Fire & Smoke Restaurant Reviewed by the Son of a Chef✨✨🌟
Yesterday, my wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Fire & Smoke, and I must say, it was an overall delightful experience! Our waitress was absolutely top-notch, providing 5-star service throughout the evening. 👩🍳💯
To start, I had the pleasure of trying their signature Smoked Old Fashioned, and let me tell you, it was one of the best I've ever had! 🥃🔥 The smoky notes elevated the classic cocktail, leaving a lasting impression.
The Caesar salad was a revelation! 🥗🔥 Grilling the romaine lettuce gave it a unique, hot twist that I had never experienced before. Topped with shaved Parmesan and their house-made dressing, it took the salad to a whole new level of deliciousness.
Moving on to the main course, I opted for the ribeye. The flavor and crust were exceptional, truly one of the best ribeyes I've ever tasted. The slightly sweet reduction sauce accompanying the steak was a knockout! However, there was a small hiccup—the steak was cooked to a well-done stage, lacking the desired pink center or expected juiciness. 😔💔 Given the price point, I expected a steak with a better texture and juiciness. I believe requesting a rare steak in the future might be the way to go. It seems that the thinness of the steak and the amount of charring make it difficult to achieve a perfect medium-rare.
The mac and cheese, though decent, fell a bit short of my expectations. 🧀🤔 While the cheese itself was of high quality, I felt that an à la carte mac and cheese should have something special to set it apart. Perhaps the addition of bacon or crab would have added that extra flair. LongHorn Steakhouse, for instance, offers more flavorful options. At a restaurant of Fire & Smoke's caliber and price range, I anticipated a dish that would leave me astounded, thinking it was worth the extra $100 spent. Unfortunately, it didn't quite reach that level. 😕💰
Now, let's talk about my wife's meal. She ordered the meatloaf, and hands down, it has to be the best meatloaf on earth! 🥩😍 Each bite was packed with mouthwatering flavors and made for a truly memorable dining experience.
In summary, Fire & Smoke provided a wonderful ambiance and exceptional service, with some standout dishes and minor disappointments. I would definitely recommend trying their unique cocktails, savoring the grilled Caesar salad, and exploring other enticing menu options. 🍹🥗🍽️ While there were a few misses in terms of my steak and the mac and cheese, the overall experience was enjoyable, and we left with satisfied taste buds and cherished memories. 💫✨
This may look meek from the outside, but dont let that fool you. Fire and Smoke is a jem in Myrtle Beach! The atmosphere inside is comfortable, yet just enough class to appreciate. And the food...this was my introduction to elk chops. Paired with the wild mushroom and bone marrow bread pudding - absolutely delicious!
First time here (for our sons 21st birthday) and it was excellent! WOW on the flavors! The server was correct in her preface in that they use wood/smoke flavors. Excellent experience. It was high priced for me… but the food, service & experience was worth it. I’d go back, and will.
Amazing dinner! Great drink selections. I had the fish special and it was delicious. Summer watermelon salad was such a light and refreshing dish. Steak was perfectly cooked and melted like butter. Everything delivered to the table was melt in your mouth good and is easily the best food in MB! Grab a reservation & check it out!
Being from NJ/ close to NYC, and the best restaurants, we’ve had “ok” food in N.Myrtle Beach - until here. Food was excellent- cooked and seasoned to perfection. Service was great. Price was fair for what you get. Not inexpensive but the quality was worth it.
Love this place!! Bit pricey, my steak could have been better but that was really the only caveat…drinks were wonderful as was the Cesar salad..short ribs excellent. Steak very good but could have been more tender. Accompanying scallops excellent! Grand mariner crime brûlée only complaint not enough of it!! Staff was welcoming, personable and eager to please!!! Will definitely frequent time and time again!!
