What a wonderful evening Thursday 5/31. Our 15th Anniversary and it was perfect. We started in the bar for a cocktail and the Colossal Crab Cake. It was to die for, if you love crab, it is a must! We sat at the bar and our bartender”A” was great. She made excellent drinks and was very friendly and knowledgeable on our menu questions.
We were taken to our booth in the Library. I love that area. Our server was “Beth”. She was one of the best servers we have ever had. She was happy, energetic and very attentive. She made our night very special. She did an excellent job preparing the Chateaubriand table side. It was wonderful. Then they brought us a wonderful cheesecake for our Anniversary. Blueberries, strawberries, raspberry and chocolate syrup drizzled over it. Heavenly and sinfully good. LOL
This is a fantastic place for a quiet romantic dinner!

Our server Matthew was excellent. Very polite and attentive. The food was outstanding. We had crab cakes, grouper and Chicken Dijon. It was all very delicious. The French onion soup was to die for. The ambience is superb. We would highly recommend this restaurant. *****

This place will not disappoint!! Everything was delicious. We had steak, lamb and lobster and each dish was done to perfection. Drinks were tasty and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing but praise for this restaurant
The food here is incredible! Love the deals they have for happy hour. The steak is melt in your mouth good and excellent quality! Definitely would go again if I’m in town! It’s a must when you visit Myrtle Beach!
Thanksgiving buffet was absolutely awesome from Turkey with all the fixings to prime rib and smoked salmon and full compliment of desserts to choose from, food was extremely delicious. Our waiter was Christopher and he handled our table of 17 people with ease, he was very prompt at getting whatever you needed. This was our first experience with this restaurant and when we come back to visit, this restaurant is at the top of the list to go back to.
The best happy hour in North Myrtle Beach. Love the lamp shop lollipops and beet salad. Truffle fries are amazing as is the French onion soup. Everything on the happy hour menu is delicious!
Wow!! Everything about this place is top notch. The food, the service...Beth was our server...she was proficient, professional, very friendly...she told us about the Paddock Room where we went for an after dinner drink. It has a bar, nice comfy seating, a fireplace and great entertainment. Can't wait to go back.
I love this place amazing food and drinks and seriously amazing happy hour prices and the food is incredible and like dinner size portions for dirt cheap and never cheap on taste! Their staff are also amazing and wonderful!! I try to come in at least once week!! If you want it all come check them out; you won’t be disappointed

I had dinner here last night & I must say it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had in Myrtle Beach. You MUST start with the Angels on Horseback appetizer. For dinner, I had the Filet Mignon with their signature coffee rub and finished off with their Triple Crown desert. The service was impeccable and their holiday decor was perfect. The GM (David) does an awesome job running this place!
LOVE this place! The tenderloin was the best I've had in years! Chef Base (Robert) did a fantastic job preparing it perfectly. Abby is a wonderful server, and did a great job with the table side Chateaubriand and the bananas foster! �
We had the absolute pleasure of eating here. This is our first visit and it will not be our last. Christopher your service and attention to detail was amazing. The food was absolutely absolutely delicious. My husband had the rack of lamb that was cooked to perfection and delicious. I had the crab cakes and they were simply the very best I have every eaten. The ambiance of the restaurant is so relaxing. The final touch was that we were celebrating our anniversary - Christopher sent us home with a delicious pice of cheese cake - on the house.

We were celebrating our 5th anniversary. And had only done Happy Hour in the past. We had decided to stay for dinner they were very accommodating and made the whole experience very special. Alexis was our server she was great. The steak was amazing! We will be back.
Tbe coffee encrusted filet mignon was among the best steaks I've ever enjoyed in my life!!! Can't wait to go back!
Thoroughbreds has been a favorite of my husbands for years. He took me here last night for my birthday dinner and it did not disappoint!! Food was exceptional. Drinks were perfect. And our server Matt did a great job taking care of us. And his table-side Caesar salad was the best I’ve ever had!!! The bartender, Chase, was top notch!! We believe he is seeking a management position 😉.
This restaurant is excellent! We ordered several different appetizers and they were all delicious, especially the bacon wrapped scallops and steak bites. My seared pork chop dinner was so good and I highly recommend trying the key lime martini too. The service was outstanding, Garrett and Hunt helped make our dining experience one to remember.
Best experience ever! We choose Thoroughbreds Chophouse for our special wedding dinner and had a blast, incredible atmosphere and service it’s great. So far the most amazing food and costumer service we had in Myrtle beach and maybe South Carolina. I could say that is our favorite restaurant.
I had been wanting to try this place for a long time, so I made reservations to celebrate my wife's birthday. All I can say is that it did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this place. We will be returning.
A few of us took our friend there for to celebrate her birthday. Even though our party size had changed, the staff was VERY accommodating. The attention to detail by our wait staff Stacie and Jackson was AMAZING!

The two of us had our after wedding dinner here. It was quiet and intimate. Food was wonderful, but portions were smaller than what we are used to for the price we paid. Excellent service and atmosphere!
Our waitress Stacey was absolutely amazing. She knew the menu and specials perfectly and was very personable. She complimented not only my date but also the newlyweds in the corner and had everyone smiling and feeling seen and appreciated. She had such a pleasant demeanor and really made our dinner a wonderful experience.
The food was cooked and served to the highest standard, and I'm so glad we picked Thoroughbreds for our special date. The dessert was 10/10. Having Stacey as our waitress was the icing on the cake and really made our night so much better. What a wonderful woman and wonderful dining experience.
We had 2022 New Years Eve Dinner at Thoroughbreds Chophouse.
After reading several online reviews of Myrtle Beach Steakhouse we made a 5pm reservation for a party of 4.
This was our first time dining at this steakhouse.
First, let me say the restaurant was decorated beautifully for the Holidays,
It made you feel special and festive. Just Perfect to bring in the New Year.
We ordered the special holiday cocktail and some house red wine. They were both good. Our food was good also we ordered a variety of steaks, lobster, and short ribs. My Prime Rib was a little over, so I suggest ordering up.
Word of warning, the Entrée are pricey but the ambiance is worth it.
Our server Garrett was very nice, polite, and knowledgeable.
Also, the Manager and All of the staff were Very Friendly and Engaging.
We enjoyed our evening and will be dining at this restaurant again.
