This restaurant is awesome!!! From the moment we sat down, Sandy was our server. We had great conversations and she is super friendly. She gave us suggestions of the menu and she was 100% right. The food was awesome with an unique taste. Pasta, bread are homemade. The portions are more than sufficient, you definitely will need a box to go. The staff is super friendly and they always have a smile on their faces. Thank you Rinaldo and Fran for such a wonderful dinner.

It’s OK. A little dated inside. Portions are huge so you will be bringing food home. The bread rolls are delicious. The food, well it’s OK. Sausage and peppers was disappointing, thin slices and flavor cooked out of them, very greasy. Pours are small. it was just OK but I won’t be back.

Oh my!! It was my birthday and I had the most amazing time. The food was delicious with great portions, appetizers, and complimentary sides. Pasta is made in house and all was delicious especially the chef special chicken my husband got with crab. The ambiance was everything I desired and more with attention to small details like fresh Roses. Micheal playing the Accordion gracefully and with a personal touch each time was breath taking. Our server Sandra was filled stories and made us laugh so much, like a family friend you are catching up with. Lipika was so sweet as she helped us pack our to go meals and was indeed pleasant. First time visiting SC and Villa Romana, will surely be back and recommend to family and friends as well as my Google family! Yes you 🫵, surely visit!!!🤩 PS: The statutes, mini fountain and Italian themed antique decor was unique and lovely

Best sit down italian restaurant I have been to in Myrtle Beach! Tina was a great server and provided exemplary table service and friendly conversation. The food was great quality and really reasonably priced. In particular I would highly recommend the risotto and the veal parm. Lastly, the in house entertainment and music made the night. Will be returning!

Love the way the courses are set up here. Every entree comes with bread and marinara soup and salad. The table starts with a bruschetta for each person, then a simple tomato parm broth soup, a nice Italian salad that for some reason has canned sliced black olives on it if olives are required Greek please! It would go much better, the rolls are fresh and yummy with a side of marinara for dipping rolls also were good dipped in the soup. Entree selection is limited to 2 pages entrees are good not spectacular but good. Service was excellent and desserts are fantastic definitely get tiramisu or cheesecake to go. Would visit every year or so for the table course experience.

The food was excellent. My wife is on a medical diet which is quite complex and they not only made her comfortable but her food was great. Old world atmospheare with an accordionist combined with exceptional service make this a highlight of Myrtle Beach.

This place is an experience! If you try it once, you will come back every trip to Myrtle. (I would suggest reservations!) All of the food is fantastic! The pork Ossobucco is worth every cent and honestly, big enough for two to split. The braccole is perfection! Michael, their resident accordion player is so much fun and adds so much to the experience!

Great atmosphere and family dining experience!! Our waiter Bailey was knowledgeable and attentive. Food was very good, not over portioned and provided soup and salad with every entree. Great food at a great price, would highly recommend for anyone in Myrtle Beach looking for a good Italian dinner. Desert was great also, get the tarimasu!!!

Villa Romana is worth a stop during your visit to Myrtle Beach. They are only open in the evening but Do take reservations (would recommend). Meal is european style multiple courses including app, soup, salad, fresh bread and your main dish..perhaps even an espresso and dessert after. Marinara sauce was a bit spicy, but overall food was good and would definitely return. Server Madison was very good. We did have an accordion player during our time, not sure if he is there every night.
