It was a great atmosphere for lunch. We went there and waited for 20 minutes for sitting in the outside. Inside was quite empty as people was preferring to sit outside.

Fantastic location, friendly staff. Go hang out for the afternoon, catch some rays on their deck while listening to a band and looking at the water. I love sitting at the tiki bar and their burgers! Oh - and you can get a REALLY cold beer.

A group of 4 of us visited on a Saturday early evening and we seated immediately with no wait or reservations so that was nice.
The food was okay. Nothing too special. I had a lobster roll that did have a lot of lobster on it and it was pretty good. 8/10.
