Kfc

I've always loved KFC, but here lately the meal at KFC is amazingly delicious...I ordered 2 chicken legs a biscuit, my husband ordered their Famous Bowl. The man who took our order was a hoot...tries to come across as a crochety older man, but he had one hell of a personality and we have now gone there every Friday for our lunch date. Even being understaffed like all the rest of fast food places, they continue to put out a decent meal with great people behind the scenes...good to see

They do a great job, despite being shorthanded like everywhere in fast food these days. The food and timeliness has been great. I feel bad for the employees being worked so hard and they still have smiles on their faces. I really thank them, but shame on corporate. They had a now hiring sign outside boasting $9.00 an hour! HA!!! Good luck with that! They’re saying: come work for us, where you’ll get paid far less than the cost of living. We’ll pay you starvation wages, while the company profits 2+ billion a year. CEO gets 13+ Million. Shameful.

The Chicken looked good on the top layer , but the rest was not ? It had been cooked in my opinion ; That had not been changed When supposed to had been ? In a matter of fact let's say I was in the Bathroom for a 1 1/2 hr . Good thing we was at home eating instead of KFC's ! Because I literally had to change my clothes afterwards & shower ! These Food places need to train their employees on the importance of food handling , also they should have classes like they use to have at the health dept And pass the tests to get a food handlers certificate . Especially workin with Chicken , it's very important To know these precautions with all foods ? And the Hygiene maintenance with the preparation of these foods ! Thank you !

Worst ever, not to mention the food. First the manager rudely tells me that per policy she can't allow me to take a pic of the menu or anything in the store. I guess after me telling her that Alabama law says I can take a pic of anything in a public place she had another employee to sabotage my food (see pic) by crushing my chicken fingers into a box full of grease. The plastic lid to the potatoes was crused and peices in the potatoes and the bottom crused. Didn't give me my drinks and got home with no sauce for fingers. The chicken in the box meals was cold and greasy. Looks like $41 could buy a better experience than I recived. I won't be back and if I could they would get zero stars just cause....

Went back for replacement order and Katie did not honor my receipt. Manger that I spoke concerning my order didn't write it in the book.. however I called back and my replacement was granted all but the drinks....they don't replace drinks!!! Root beer taste like pure sugar no carbonation at all. Try calibrating your machine.

Unfortunately, front staff was not very professional. Dealing with an associate issue in front of guests. Girl at the front was very low energy and seemed annoyed to take the order. You could tell the chicken was in hot holding for hours. Dry meat and the soggy breading. Biscuits were good though. We definitely wasted money here and ended up still hungry. Could be pretty good if they made fresh food.
