Rick's Barbecue

The food is decent for what it is. Fast food bbq can only be so great. My issue with this chain is they NEVER put anything you ask for in the bag. I can't tell you how many times I haven't had utensils or the sauce i asked for in the bag. You have to check every single time before you pull off or you're going back to work to eat mac and cheese with your fingers or a dry sandwich with no mild sauce.

Extremely disappointed. My husband picked up food from here for dinner. Not only did they give me something completely different than I asked for, but my husband's chicken sandwich was ice cold. Did not realize either until we got home. Had to waste gas to drive all the way back to get it fixed considering I did not like what they gave me in place of what I ordered. They didn't answer the phone when I called and I wasn't given the option to leave a voicemail. You'd think if I had to waste gas with how expensive gas is right now to get my order fixed when it should've been right the first time, they'd have been more apologetic, but that was not the case. Definitely won't be back to this location.

Chain of "Fast food" style BBQ places. Order up front and they promptly serve to the table. Ribs were a little disappointing, as they were kind of dry. Good sauces. Potato salad reminds me of grade school cafeteria, in a good way. Vinegar cole slaw was less than stellar. Bread was ok. Booths bare hard and stiff (wood on steel frames). Interesting choice of 60's Pop selections. Will return to try additional items!

The food is fabulous! We were traveling and decided to stop by Ricks and check out the BBQ. We have a great experience. The food was excellent but the service was even more so. Sharon helped us decide since it was our first time. She was very friendly. She brought the food out and talked awhile and then checked on us a few times. It’s refreshing to stop somewhere and Have someone be so friendly and Smile!!!
