Subway

EDIT: Ever since the original staff have been replaced, I've had nothing but bad experiences. Why do you guys let employees with hickeys on their neck work in a public restaurant? My orders are constantly wrong (I order through the app too) and they're sooooo slow, stop counting every slice of pickle and just throw it on. Christ. Old review: I ordered online like I usually do, and when I got there someone was pretending to be me to take my food. The lady at the counter apologized and offered me a freebie and remade my sandwich. This Subway has constantly raised my expectations of other Subway locations. To the guy who stole my food: Go get a hobby other than stealing.

I rarely stop at this location since im not local. I have to say I commend the staff that was working the night i stopped in. It was late, 10 mins before closing... 2 younger employees were trying to accommodate and serve a very rude and disrespectful couple... Not only did the staff (specifically the blonde young lady) hold their composure during the couples intentional rude actions/ disrespectful behaviors (they made a huge soda mess on the floor and decided to dine in, trashing the booth, mind you it was past 10:15 at this point). The staff hooked my order up, i tipped closer to $4 (most i could spare wish i cld have gave her more) since the other people didn't tip or say thanks... I let the staff know i understood how she was feeling and her frustration and irritation was justified but she deserved the tip just for how she handled that situation and she did a great job. Ill be returning 😊😀

This is the Subway that I visit most frequently. There is new management who haven't really hit their stride, so the staff isn't quite as good as they were a few months ago but they seem to be coming back to performing well. The sandwiches are better than usual for the Subway chain, and I enjoy chatting with the staff. This location is convenient, because of easy access from a major road and proximity to many local schools and businesses. If you are looking for a sub sandwich, this is a quick, easy, and tasty place to get one in Muscatine!
