Casa Jimenez is great when it isn't busy. We waited a good while when we walked in on a Saturday and the food was not as great as it has been in the past. Chalking it up to be being busy and will definetly go again.

I was impressed with the waitress’ knowledge of how their food is prepared. Being vegan and gluten free poses challenges for many places. She was able to inform me that their chips are fried with lard - please make note. The rest of the offerings worked really well.
