Jackie was so attentive and very kind on my last visit in. She was an angel that day with her generosity to a family who had just lost a loved one. Honey Baked ham has always been a holiday favorite but because of Jackie it has become a story and a place my family will frequently remember and visit for meals.

A little pricey but if I dare say one of the best sandwiches I've ever had.

I attempted to call this store and got no answer and couldn't leave a vm msg but there were no instructions given.
I went to the website, no info there either regarding a cut off to order food.
I go to the location Tuesday morning before the holiday and was waited on by Connie. I heard her mention to the lady ahead of me that she needed a reservation, she left.
I asked if I could purchase a half pound of sliced ham, not knowing that you'd need to do anything special considering there was no sign in the window with instructions, and no voicemail recording with instructions.
Wanda repeated to me (like the lady before me) you need a reservation. So, I camly asked why? (because this makes no logical sense to me) I'm not trying to purchase a whole or half ham, I only want slices...
Connie proceeded to get really excited. Pulled off her mask and repeated while raising her voice: YOU NEED A RESERVATION! RESERVATIONS ENDED BY THE 19TH!
Of course, I'm offended by her tone and action, so, I ask why are you getting aggressive and why'd you remove your mask?
She responds "because you didn't hear me."
I said I heard you fine. You simply didn't answer my question about slices.
I asked if there was a card for the store available (looking for the managers info) she shows further irritation and hands me a reservation card with no info aside from the store #.
I requested her name? She responds "Ma'am, have I done something to you?"
I said are you the manager? She hesitates to answer and finally says yes.
I respond, thank you and left the store. The exchange seemed to take 30 minutes but was only about 5 mintues. However, it was extremely aggravating! You are a ham store! WHY would I or anyone else for that matter know that you can't buy HAM SLICES from your business THREE days before a holiday at 10:30am?!
Honey Baked Ham Co., and CONNIE - by CLEARLY COMMUNICATING this message in writing on your website, on your voicemail and in you store windows it would prevent this issue!
But let me further explain how you blew it!
Everyone isn't having a BIG FAMILY BLOWOUT, to feed 10+ people!
There are people struggling, simply trying to get thru the holidays with NO FAMILY and may only want a freekin' HAM SANDWICH!
Who knew ALL YOUR HAM/TURKEY IS RESERVED A WEEK BEFORE THE HOLIDAY FOR FAMILY PORTIONS ONLY?!
And let me further add, storage isn't an excuse! Try RESERVING a reefer unit for these occasions and you would be able to serve HAM up to the day you close! Cracker Barrel learned this lesson yrs ago, you should try it, IT WORKS, ask them!

This place had really went down. I tried to order two smoked turkeys and they kept telling me you need a number. The website would not let you place an order for pickup. They were very rude and not helpful at all. I would give them zero stars but it requires you to give at least one to leave a review

I stop here often to pick up a quick bite to eat. They always seem to have the freshest toppings and meats for their sandwhiches and salads. The employees have always been super nice, extremely quick and knowledgeable with any questions I've had. They also have the BEST spiral hams, which our family usually gets every year at Christmas and Easter. Deserves more than 5 stars, if you ask me!

Very unhappy customer! Purchased 2 turkey breast on 11/19/2020. Did not look at them unit I got home! Lesson learned! The meat was dry and discolored on several slices on each of the ends. The use by date was only 4 days after I purchased it. I assume they don't care about repeat customers, they just want to make sure they get old inventory sold. Will not buy there again! Buyer's beware!

I used The Honey Baked Ham’s online ordering service for my Christmas dinner. I preordered a Boneless Spiral Cut Ham, and paid for it at the store at the time of pickup. It was convenient and reassuring to know I had a ham reserved. Also, the ham was delicious, as usual.
