Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered an extra large half cheese half pepperoni square cut pizza. I received an extra cheese pepperoni with no cheese triangle cut pizza!! The picture below shows the pizza that I received! Then when I called back to complain at 5:35pm. I was told that it would be 45 minutes, for me to get a replacement pizza; so at 7:00pm I called to get a delivery status(I had 3 hungry boys so I decided to pick it up) and I was informed that it would be ready when I arrived to pick it up. I arrived at 7:10 and it wasn’t even made!!🤬 So now I’m sitting in my car supposedly waiting 15-20 minutes for it to be prepared. FINALLY MY PIZZA!!

Item was missing from order. That happens, no big deal. Should be simple to get a refund for that item, right? Unfortunately no, not with Papa John’s and not with this location. I go into the online ordering system and there’s no way to report a missing item. So I call the store - get put on endless hold with an annoying script repeating over and over. So I get into live chat, finally get to a person, and they can’t handle refunds. They give me a link to submit the issue online and wait 48 hours for a reply. What century are we in?! Next day I have a call from the store saying they’ve applied a credit in my account for a future order. Why would I order from you again after you’ve made something so simple so difficult? Just refund me for the missing item like I already requested - so simple! Why does this take multiple messages and calls? Called them back and the manager on now claims they can’t handle it and it has to wait for tomorrow’s manager. What a joke. I guess I’ll have to dispute the charge through my card.

I placed an Uber eats from this location. My order wasn't even done it looked like my pizza was just thrown together!! I called the store because I get it sometimes good help is hard to get. I'm a general manager and I run my store with just 8 people!! I spoke with a young lady and explained the problem she stated she cooked the pizza herself. She told me she was a step down from the GM. I asked how could you let food go out looking like this? She hung up the n my face. After doing 16 hours at my store I drove there.The lady asked me when I came in the store was it me she had just spoken to. I stated yes and showed her my pizza!! She said you can get out before I call the police. I said please call them. She then told the dispatcher I was black and hostile!! ! It took them every bit of 3 minutes to get there. I'm standing the in disbelief cause I'm still ll in uniform!! They charged me with trustpassing !!! A driver came and fixed my order while sending the manager to the back !! He apologized on her behalf. This guy should get a raise!! If he ever needs a job he can come work for me!! This lady is horrible and will kill sales!! Looking at the reviews I should've known better!! Please don't spend your money there!!! I will be reaching out to the owner and if I don't here back. We will boycott this location and all the ones connected !!!

When it comes to major pizza food chains, it's either Papa John's or Dominoes for me. I'm not a fan of Pizza Hut, and I really dislike Jets pizza and their dough that's identical to a grease sponge. My wife and I just moved to this side of town and we are now 3 minutes away from the Papa John's on Memorial. So far, so good. They deliver the service that you would want and expect, and the pizza does not disappoint. People, listen. If you are reading this, stop ordering pizza over the phone. It's 2017, download the app. Why? Because, when you order online or with the app, you acquire "Papa Points", which are saved to your account and can be used to get free food. Every $5 spent is 1 point, and they usually have specials going on to earn extra points. The app will notify you. IT'S FREE FOOD FOLKS. Wait times can be a bit long at times when it's busy, but that's just a testament to how great they are. This Papa John's is really something special. Their customer service is amazing. Their employees go above and beyond. I order here often, I also Doordash for them. Let me tell you from the heart. These guys Care. You can taste compassion in the pizza. 🍕
