Google doesn't allow me to give ratings in negative or else I would have given it. 1 star is also too much for this Bank of Baroda branch. The staff is so arrogant in nature and by doing the work they are making favour to you/the customers. I went there to close the FDs of my grandparents after the demise of my grandfather and they were in mood to close that. They wanted my 87 years old grandmother to visit the branch to see if she can sign it properly or not! They show no respect to the SENIOR CITIZENS. If someone is not aware of the process then as a staff of bank its their responsibility to help them but they follow just the opposite of it! Even the security treats SENIOR CITIZENS like that which is so bad at every possible level! They ALL should first learn HOW TO TALK and HOW TO BEHAVE! I will suggest/recommend everyone to PLEASE CLOSE your existing account from this branch and move out and if you are planning for FD just select any random bank but not this!

Nobody don’t care about their customers at all, very poor customer service. Would not suggest this bank to anyone. I have closed my account and advised to transfer other Bank. I completed full formalities after spending 2 hours. 10 days past but yet transfer money. They don't deserved any star. Why higher officer don"t take any action against these staffs

My account is in gamdevi branch. Wanted to deposit a cheque which was of bank of baroda itself. The staff says either the cheque holders account or my account should be in vile Parle branch to deposit. So don't understand why they say can operate anywhere in india. Manager was also adamant and speaking other unnecessary things than solving issue.

The Employees working behave as if its a municipality office. All they do is to make you run around from one counter to another. The time frame to update a PPF passbook is 15 days, while all records are in the computer. There are other banks nearby, its better to banking relationship with others than Bank Of Baroda.
